Pros:

Très bon accueil et service. Le personnel état très agréable et souriant :) La literie est top

Cons:

Des poils sur la cuvette en arrivant, le crépis décollé dans l'entrée et la salle de bain avec les joints craquelés. Ne correspond pas au standing supposé de Mercure. De plus impossible d'avoir une facture en partant.

Durchzogen, für eine Nacht gerade so ok.
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, tolle Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeit. Tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist alt. Teppichboden voller grossen Flecken, war unappetitlich und schmuddelig. Matratzen waren durchgelegen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Casino, die Stadt ist über eine Brücke über den Fluss "Le Doubs" gut zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars sind nicht weit entfernt genauso wie die Straßenbahn. Das Restaurant "Le Chapelier" ist hier besonders zu empfehlen!
Das Zimmer war mit einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank bzw. Minibar ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Stauraum. Das WC war vom Bad noch einmal mit einer extra Tür abgetrennt. Das Zimmer lag nach hinten auf den Park hinaus und war daher sehr ruhig.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte (nicht überall im Land üblich für Oktober, aber es war doch noch relativ warm) und es gab auch genügend Steckdosen.

Das Parken auf dem Hotelparkplatz war günstig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr ok!

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wies etliche Flecken auf. Auch auf einem der Zierkissen vom Bett gab es einen Fleck.
In der Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine war noch Wasser im Wassertank und es lagen noch zwei Kapseln von den Vorgänger-Gästen im Auffangbehälter. Ansonsten gab es zwar noch vier Nescafé-Sticks, aber leider waren alle entkoffeiniert. Normalerweise gibt es in Hotels zwei normale und zwei entkoffeinierte Kaffee-Sticks.
Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut, aber besser als keine.

Pros:

We waren zeer snel te voet in het centrum - enkel de brug over en een paar straatjes.
Ondanks verschillende negatieve recensies over de ligging (vlakbij donker park), vonden wij de locatie ideaal, zeker als je de grote weg even volgt en 's avonds niet de route via het park neemt.
Ruime parking.
Ideaal voor een tussenstop op weg naar het zuiden.

Cons:

Het enige negatieve puntje: het vast tapijt - is nogal verouderd en dringend aan vervanging (door iets hygiënischer) toe.

This is not a 4 star standard hotel.

No restaurant for Saturday night dinner. No bar for a drink. shower over a very small bathtub did not feel safe. No top sheet on bed, only a duvet cover. Too hot, had to remove duvet to get an improvised (double) sheet.
There was a loud group of people holding an outdoor party until about 2:45 am just below my 4th floor room. Kept me awake. Closing windows and running the air conditioner was not an option..airco loud and inefficient.
