nice place to stay for a weekend
Pros:

top location, easy check-in and check-out, easy to get there late at night, felt safe, friendly staff, clean rooms, great WiFi. Great outside terrace to sit down and have coffee.

Cons:

Sunday breakfast was not well organized. We came at 10.30, and there were no plates, no warm dishes (bacon, eggs, all gone), no tap water, no small cups for espresso. Things were running out, but were not replenished. Bathroom: no hair conditioner, no shower cap, no hooks to hang clothes on for getting dressed (only to hang towels in the shower so they get wet while showering, and the floor gets wet after a shower.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

J'ai eu une grande chambre bien équipée, très agréable. Le lit était grand et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner etait bon. Il y a une piscine bien chauffée au sous-sol.

L'église qui sonne l'heure à 6h du matin

Prima kamer maar locatie is erg druk en ontbijr buffet was onderbemenst.
Pros:

Prima kamers. Hotel is aan de buitenkant niet mooi maar van binnen goed gerenoveerd.

Cons:

Op een erg drukke plek in het centrum. Hierdoor veel rumoer op zaterdag nacht, ondanks goede isolatie van de ramen. Raam kon hierdoor ook niet open.

Bien pour ce qui était recherché

Emplacement moyen, bruit dans la soirée des gens étaient content ils fesaient la fete, vu la proximité de l'hotel avec le centre animé, j'entendais des fois les bruits de dehors.

It is a good hotel in acentral poaition with a great breakfast and nice rooms. I have often been there in the last years and liked it.

But recently the staff has been very disappointing Thwre is no real.reception amynome. Young people on pcs stay around in the arrival hall Many young polite people but it is unclear who is in charge. The day before departure I had asked for a late check-out. They asked if I wanted 14 or 16. I chose 16. Then on the day of departure just before 14 I paid what I was asked for the late check out. When I came back from.some.shopping a few minutes before 16 I found they had just brought my stuff to the deposilt after finiahing packinf thekselves..They said their colleagues had made a mistake and they needed the room.The girl.cleaning had said that she had tried to call me and her colleague said she had witnessed it. But, apart from.the fact that also calling to say that one has to leave thw room before after having agreed to check out late should not be done, I did not have any missed call or call when not available in my phone registry, The guy at checkin apologised. I had the impression they did need the room.soon (maybe later in the evening).Rather it looked like the girl who had to do the cleaning wanted to leave for home. In any case I find it very strange that in a four star hotel belomging to an international chain it is the girl who cleans the rooms that takes such decisions and also attempta to call the client. It looks that in this hotel, now full of young staff that often changes, there is no one anymore that directa the hotel
