Very good facilities and lovely location. Secure parking and good service. Have stayed 3 times

Arrived a little early but able to use facilities whilst waiting for the room so relaxing swim and drink after

Personnel très avenant, accueil agréable et souriant. Personnel du petit déjeuner également très sympathique

Carte du restaurant ! Rien pour les enfants, en retour de vacances on ne cherche pas 4 plats en cuisine moléculaire surtout avec des jeunes…
Mauvaise prise en charge pour un malade cœliaque ! Rien au petit déjeuné en plus contamination croisée sur les pots de nutella et de confiture… Le pain sans gluten n’avait pas été préparé, nous avons dû demander le remboursement de ce petit déjeuner car notre fils n’a rien pu manger…

Schade, wir canceln Mercure in Zukunft

Das Hotel an sich ist ganz okay . Wir bekamen einen Tisch im Freien , von den Gästen davor waren die Sets und 1 Weinglas sowie eine halbe Wasserkaraffe bis wir fertig waren am Tisch!!! Abgewischt wurde der Tisch natürlich nicht !
Das Abendessen war fast ungenießbar! Wir nahmen das Menü um €33,-. Vorspeise waren Tomaten verschieden zubereitet. Wir dachten erst es ist ein Gruß des Hauses. Es hat nach nichts geschmeckt, Mozarella war eine Creme für 1 Teelöffel. Dann die Tagliata, hart,fett einfach ungenießbar. Die Pestosauce ging einigermaßen. Die kleine Beilage konnten wir nicht erkennen und nicht essen. Als Dessert nahmen wir daher Käse, da kann nichts daneben gehen
Wir mussten allerdings sehr lange warten, man hatte uns vergessen!
Wir wurden später von jemandem aus der Küche gefragt , wie es war, und dann haben wir als Entschuldigung einen Cognac bekommen, der war in Ordnung!
Schade. Wir waren schon oft in einem Mercure Hotel, aber jetzt hat sich das für uns erledigt.

La piscine, l'accueil du personnel.

Cons:

La moquette dans les chambres, très sale.
La literie, très dure.
Le service au restaurant le soir. Plus d'une heure d'attente pour le dessert et quand on le demande au serveur, celui-ci nous prend de haut et nous dit qu'il n'a que deux mains.... être serveur est un métier qui s'apprend !
