Saving the environment should not come at the guests expense
Pros:

We have been staying here for nearly 15 years and the hotel has worn surprisingly well, it will need a tidy up soon, the only main comment is whilst we are all keen to support the environment it cannot be at the expense of the guests, this is one of the most expensive hotels in Clermont Ferrand and the bath robes were quite grey and we didn’t think we clean to use, so would be good to see white towels and bathrobes next time.
