Wenn ich keine Kühlschrank gehabt hätte und mir was zu kochen finde ich 12-14 Euro angemessen für HotelGäste…

Calme. Pas trop cher.
Le personnel de ménage qui est gentil et serviable

Cons:

Les transports pour aller venir de Francfort
Le check-in à faire soi même et l'impression de deranger le réceptionniste.
Mais les femmes de ménages, elles, étaient gentilles et dynamiques!
Le petit dej tellement trop cher!

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Der Kundenservice war leider unterirdisch. Auf unsere Anliegen und Beschwerden wurde weder angemessen eingegangen, noch wurde versucht, eine Lösung zu finden oder uns in irgendeiner Form entgegenzukommen. Statt einer kundenorientierten Kommunikation hatten wir den Eindruck, dass unsere Probleme einfach ignoriert wurden.

Gerade im Hotelgewerbe sollte der Umgang mit Gästen und die Bereitschaft, auftretende Probleme zu lösen, selbstverständlich sein. Leider war dies hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir dieses Hotel nicht erneut besuchen und können es auch anderen Reisenden nicht empfehlen.

Reasonable for short stays

Cons:

Quite far to walk to any restaurants, however, the train station is not far....if you know where to find it.

kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden,
S-Bahn sehr nah,
Kaffee-Flatrate 24 Stunden kostenlos,
Restaurant im Hotel (Abendbrot) okay.

Cons:

Wir waren gerade in der Hitzeperiode dort (über 40°C), die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage - das war schon hart.
Ich habe im Bett nicht gut geschlafen (nicht nur wegen der Hitze), die Matratze war nicht wirklich gut.
Reinigung gibt es nur auf Anforderung, das Frühstücksbuffett ist in Ordnung - aber ehrlich gesagt nicht besonders (keine Salate, kein Fisch, ...)
