Everytime the experience is better than ast time, the staff are outstanding. They treat you as family a d can not do enough to make your stay feel like home . The facilities Bar and pool second to none with excellent food .

Personal war freundlich und bemüht.
Die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen. Die Decken im Raum waren dreckig und mussten ausgetauscht werden. Die Matratze waren schwer gebraucht und verdreckt. Man hat die Leute im Nachbarzimmer schnarchen hören können.

The location is great for the train station and the staff were very helpful. The hotel though is in need of some TLC and or a full update / renovation. That said excellent value and a solid breakfast.
Hotel in need of a revamp
We stay here most weekends for business and it’s consistently one of the most welcoming hotels we use. The rooms are always comfortable, the team is professional, and the atmosphere makes long work trips much easier.
A special thank you to Hayat, who always goes above and beyond to make guests feel looked after. Small gestures of kindness and flexibility never go unnoticed and are a big part of why we keep coming back. Truly excellent hospitality especially from Hayat.

It was clean and well located. Car park was useful. The room was large and comfortable.

I checked in and checked out an hour later:
- the room was freezing, smelling dump, the window, walls and bedsheets were filthy (I asked to have them changed, which they did).
- at check in, the receptionist said my room number and code to get into the room OUT LOUD. I appeared to be the only female around (and I waited 20mins to be checked in).
- the door lock does not have a manual internal lock, hence anyone that heard my code and room number could have come in.
- the parking is behind the building, which is not specified. I tried ringing to get clarification and nobody picked up. I had to park somewhere, go in, speak to someone through a speaker as there was nobody at the reception.
- the code to get into the hotel at night is far too easy.
If you are a woman travelling solo, do not stay there.
Junkies and homeless hanging out outside the hotel.
I travel alone every week and I have never felt so unsafe.
Contacted their customer support to ask for a refund and they "have been looking into it" for over 24hrs now. From previous reviews I imagine I won't get a penny back.
