Pros:

Une très belle expérience, à la hauteur des meilleurs établissements 5 étoiles.

Nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à la qualité du service, à l’amabilité du personnel, au petit-déjeuner ainsi qu’au spa. Tout est soigné, mais surtout, l’accueil est profondément humain, ce qui devient finalement assez rare dans l’hôtellerie haut de gamme.

Après notre départ, je me suis rendu compte que j’avais oublié mes lunettes à l’hôtel. L’équipe a eu la gentillesse de me les renvoyer, avec beaucoup de sérieux et d’attention. Ce type de geste peut sembler simple, mais il reflète parfaitement l’esprit de l’établissement.

Nous voyageons beaucoup et séjournons régulièrement dans des hôtels 5 étoiles. Pourtant, peu parviennent à réunir à ce point qualité des prestations, professionnalisme et chaleur humaine.

Si nous repassons par Łódź, nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation. Un établissement que nous recommandons avec grand plaisir.

Beautiful hotel, excellent value for money and amazing swimming pool/ Spa.
Pros:

We loved the facilities in our large bedroom which even included an iron and ironing board. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was stunning. Great location to bars and restaurants. Fabulous breakfast and high end restaurant. Very helpful and obliging staff who spoke excellent English.

Fajnie wygląda. Strefa relaksu jest ok, ale zbyt mało leżaków. Miła obsługa. Śniadanie jest ok

Parking jest drogi w porównaniu do miejscowości. W okolicy można parkować za darmo.

Hotel ładny, mający swój urok, ale niesmak pozostał
Pros:

Lokalizacja super, na ul. Piotrkowskiej w samym centrum. Wygodne łóżka. Pokój duży. Łazienka duża, przestronna z wanną. Hotel bardzo ładny, w pokoju czysto. Śniadania smaczne, wybór ciepłych posiłków z karty menu. Do śniadania można zamówić Prosecco.

Cons:

Korek w wannie był nieszczelny. Woda uciekała w 10 minut. Żeby wziąć dłuższą kąpiel trzeba było dolewać wody kilka razy.
Jednego dnia Pani sprzątając rano pokój zabrała nam wszystkie ręczniki ( mimo, iż były zawieszone na wieszakach), nie zostawiając nowych. Wieczorem po zgłoszeniu braku ręczników zostałam zapewniona, że ktoś zaraz przyniesie. Po godzinie wykonałam kolejny telefon na recepcję i po drugim zgłoszeniu dopiero ręczniki zostały doniesione.
W Spa - w części basenowej, oddzielonej od głównego basenu nie działały dysze masujące. Przy poprzednim naszym pobycie dwa lata temu dysze działały.
Był to nasz wyjazd na rocznicę ślubu i miesiąc przed przyjazdem ustalałam z Hotelem szczegóły dekoracji pokoju, deski serów, wędlin, wina, słodkości itp. Zostałam zapewniona, że wszystko zostanie przygotowane na Nasz przyjazd. Jakie było moje rozczarowanie, gdy weszłam do pokoju i nie było tam niczego. Hotel całkowicie o tym zapomniał. Dla mnie nie do zrozumienia jak na hotel 5-gwiazdkowy.
