I’ve stayed in hotels all across Europe, and the Grand Hotel Łódź ranks among my top three for location, service, and overall atmosphere.

Everything was immaculate. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and genuinely service-oriented. Every interaction made us feel welcome and well looked after.

This truly felt like staying in the Champions League of hospitality. An outstanding experience from start to finish. I would happily return.

Honestly, having to leave.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the hotel was, especially compared with what I’m used to paying in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, and London. It offered exceptional value without compromising on quality.

Bardzo przyjemne, klimatyczne miejsce z historią. Piękna architektura, przestrzenie hotelu zachowują szacunek do zabytkowych elementów budownictwa. Dobrze zaaranżowana, wyłożona marmurem łazienka. Pracownicy hotelu są uprzejmi oraz pomocni.

Cons:

Ze względu na standard obiektu spodziewałam się większej dbałości o detal (obtłuczone meble, uszkodzony ekspres do kawy, niedoczyszczona łazienka, włosy na pościeli).

Hotel z klasą, pełen elegancji i dobrego gustu.
Pros:

Przepiękny, stylowy hotel w samym centrum Łodzi (ul. Piotrkowska). Przemiły personel, przestronne, dobrze wyposażone pokoje z ogromną łazienką. Pyszne śniadanie w formie łączonej: bufet szwedzki + menu a la carte. Dodatkowo kawiarnia z drink barem serwująca zarówno desery jak i przekąski oraz wyborne drinki.
Absolutnym objawieniem jest strefa mokra, zasługująca na najwyższe laury w kategorii designu i funkcjonalności. 100% odprężenie dla ciała i zmysłów, po prostu cudo!
Dodatkowo urocze patio oraz przestronny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony cigar room.
