Ein hilfsbereiter und professionell handelnder Personal. Zwar das erreichen viele von den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt war mit langen Fußmarsch verbunden aber es war angenehm Weg.
Sauberes Zimmer in ruhigem Teil des Hotels und ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Bin gewohnt in Hotels dieser Marke immer ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage zu bekommen.
Leider bis zu der 4. Etage in allen Standard Zimmern existierte keine Klimaanlage sondern nur in den Superiorzimmern in der 5 Etage.
Ein Manko waren auch die nicht existierenden Steckdosen neben den Betten
Pobyt tylko na jedną noc więc za mało na głębszą ocenę. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie oceniam swój pobyt.

Das ist das schlechteste Mercure-Hotel, das ich je besucht habe (und ich war schon in vielen), Erwartung an die Hotel-Kette nicht erfüllt; Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Pool-Beleuchtung mit Neon-Röhren,
alles funktional, aber nicht schön
Pokoje Superior nowoczesne, z gniazdkami przy łóżku, wydajną klimatyzacją, obszerną łazienką, dużym ekranem. Okna można otworzyć/uchylić. Dystrybutor z wodą na korytarzu, woda bez ograniczeń. Można zrezygnować ze sprzątania pokoju. Śniadania od 6:30, w weekend od 7:00 - więcej czasu w górach. Centrum osiągalne po krótkim spacerze, podobnie stacja PKP. Bardzo dobre śniadania - 5 dań ciepłych i kilkanaście zimnych - są nawet zioła w doniczkach i sokowirówka. Sprzętu pod dostatkiem, nie ma kolejek po kawę czy napoje. Wszystkie powierzchnie wspólne odnowione. Wszędzie bardzo czysto. Na miejscu niezła restauracja i kawiarnia.
Brakowało mi papierowego informatora hotelowego (był w telewizorze ale z ekranu niewygodnie się czyta).

Obsługa zwłaszcza w części restauracyjnej. Jedna z Pań szczególnie bardzo miła dla mojego dziecka :) Pokój czysty, zadbany. Łazienka OK. Fajny pomysł z dystrybutorami wody na korytarzach - czyli bez limitu. Basen w hotelu dla dziecka to podstawa ;) i dod. ręczniki na basen
Klimatyzacja by się przydała.
