Pros:

Super hotel pod każdym względem: bardzo sympatyczny personel; śniadania i obiady w restauracji znakomite; pokoje bardzo czyste i przytulne. Koniecznie muszę także wspomnieć, iż przyjechałem do hotelu przed 11:00, a pokój już był gotowy. Hotel godny polecenia, i w razie kolejnego wyjazdu do Jeleniej Góry ponownie wybiorę hotel Mercure.

Niebywała cisza górskiego miasta jakim jest piękna Jelenia Góra tak kontrastująca z głośnym centrum Opola w którym na co dzień mieszkam.

Cons:

Moje przyzwyczajenie do pensjonatów gdzie sztućce są zawsze gdzieś przy szwedzkim stole a tutaj po prostu 5 minut szukałem sztućców które były na stolikach i to wydłużyło moje śniadanie. Poza tym śniadanie w pensjonatach jest nawet do 11:00 a w hotelu tej rangi co Merkury jest tylko do 10:00 przez co ledwo się załapałem na śniadanie. Ale to raczej wyraz mojego niedostosowania.

Fajny hotel na weekend w górach
Pros:

Pokój w nowoczesnym stylu, bardzo ładny, wyposażony w lodówkę. Duże, wygodne łóżko.
Bardzo miła obsługa, zarówno na recepcji, jak i na basenie. Duża sala restauracyjna, spory wybór produktów na śniadaniu. Cały obiekt z zadbany, czysty i schludny.

Cons:

Akustyka w pokoju - dosyć głośno było słychać rozmowy na korytarzu oraz w pokoju obok. Szkoda, że w obiekcie nie jest dostępne jacuzzi. Zabrakło dla nas szlafroków - na recepcji poinformowano nas, nie niestety skończyły się.
