Cons:

Dodatkowo płatny parking.
Pani na recepcji starała się wmówić że mamy opcję bez śniadania. Dopiero po pokazaniu rezerwacji z opisem uwierzyła.
Sam pokój ok, w łazience stały nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.
Śniadania bez szału, mało produktów, kiepskiej jakości , warzywa swoje odleżały, napewno nie może się równać z Mercure w Wiązownej.
A i jeszcze cena jak na standard pokoju, jakość obsługi i jedzenia to dwukrotnie za dużo.

Przede wszystkim bardzo miła obsługa, nastawiona na klienta. Personel uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny, niezależnie od miejsca świadczonej pracy :).
Obiekt niemalże przy samym centrum jak i Jasnej Góry.

Zaduch i smród w pokoju.
Na śniadaniu , które jadłem o 09:00 miałem wrażenie że jestem intruzem. Kiedy poprosiłem o naleśniki bo pojemnik był pusty usłyszałem że nie ma . Widząc pojemni z napisem naleśniki pomyślałem że się skończyły więc poprosiłem o dosmazenie. Usłyszałem że mogę dostać pan cake. Nie chciałem pan cake i poprosiłem ponownie o naleśniki. Dostałem grube namiastki naleśników oczywiście zrobione z ciasta na pan cake.
W sumie odpychające wrażenie z pobytu.

La posizione è senz'altro ottima, molto apprezzabile il parcheggio. La camera ampia e accogliente. Buono il coffee corner.

Cons:

Manca temporaneamente l'aria condizionata e per scusarsi la struttura offre un drink al bar ma sarebbe forse più utile avere una bottiglia d'acqua in camera.
