I am writing to express our deep disappointment regarding our recent four night stay at the above hotel from 11th - 15th July
While we found our double room to be clean and adequate, the food and drink service fell well short of a 4 star rated hotel.
Substandard Catering.
There was no choice of food being offered for any of our evening meals.
The food was of incredibly poor quality, especially the 1 & 2nd evening, and it was served aggressively by the waiting staff.
Consequently, the majority of the party chose not to eat the food offered and went to bed hungry.
We were left with no alternative as there are no nearby resturants or bars.
Severe Understaffing
On the first two evenings, a single waitress was left to run the bar orders and serve food. While she did her best and was highly apologetic.
Aside from the overworked waitress the general attitude of the service staff was flippant, making us feel like second-class citizens.
I understand that we were a large party of 39 however it is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to think that it is ok to treat paying customers like that.
Adjoining the hotel is the Le Golf National course of France famous for hosting the 2018 Ryder Cup, Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
My wife and I really enjoyed everything about the trip other than the hotel dining and bar experience.
I recently stayed at this hotel as part of an organised bus trip for 4 nights. The location of the hotel was a little remote however it did provide amenities like the pool.
The room was very comforatble & spotless, beds made everyday & clean towels daily.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices & well stocked for eveyone's needs.
However the evening meals provided for our coach party were very poor in choice & quality. Despite our complaints to the staff there, nothing improved & on top of this the male waiters/ staff were very rude and argumentative when informed of dietary issues. This behaviour also continued at the bar, the female staff were exceptional and helpful but the male staff often ignored us over the French visitors who approached the bar, when we had already been standing for some time waiting to be served. There is clearly an isuue there if you speak with an English accent and this was felt throughout our party there.
I hope by leaving this review things will improve at this hotel, I for one will not return there again.
Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with stunning views over the golf course and nature. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with a lovely spa and outdoor pool, friendly staff, and good food. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
Nothing in particular. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Ensuite zéro transat a l psicine.
Bequemes Bett
Renovierungsbedürftig das ganze Hotel. Unmotiviertes Personal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ok.
Proximité du Technocentre Renault
Hotel calme, chambres confortables
Grand parking
