Pros:

The place is nice, clean, spacious compared to most in the price range. Good location.

Cons:

The receptionist was very rude. It's female who looks Indian. It's my fault if it's busy days of the year. I paid so I am entitled to professional communication by receptionists. This one was very rude although there was no argument or anything like that. I showed up at the time of check in and everything was just normal. This is why i am giving this low rating. The place is great but i hope this review is seen by the management.

It was OK apart from the noise
Pros:

Location was great. Good access to attractions. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The facilities were a bit dated. Room windows were looking to the exhaust fans of the next building. This caused a constant noise inside the room. It’s been very hot in the room. We had to open the windows to cool down but noise made it difficult to sleep.

The breakfast is given in a Cafe. The personel of that Cafe is not proffessioanal and one day 3 times they brought dirty glass without any excuse. They should be warned that they are paid, they are not doing this business for charity.

מלון מקסים. קיבלנו 2 חדרים מעולים. אחד מהם עם חלון ענק שהשקיף על העיר. מיקום מצוין. במרחק דקה הליכה מהעיר העתיקה ומהמרכז החדש. המחיר היה הוגן לגמרי וגם קיבלנו הנחות למסעדות בסביבה.
