Pros:

The beds were very hard.
The people next door to us were very noisy and inconsistent and when we tried to phone reception the phone didn't work.. also work was been done outside and started at 8am ,I think we should have been informed about this before our visit..

Great stay
Pros:

Beautiful property converted to a hotel, a 10 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverley. In a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was a 10/10 at the restaurant across the road. Staff were lovely. Lift to access all the floors.

Buena ubicación. Parada del bus que viene del aeropuerto y tranvía muy cerca del hotel. Desayuno en una cafetería de enfrente, no es bufet es una carta con diferentes desayunos, continental, escocés etc, escoges 1 y la bebida. Está en una zona con muchos pub
