A lovely friendly and perfectly located hotel
Pros:

Great location , little gem of a hotel in central Edinburgh . Spotless and very comfortable . Lovely staff so a favourite when I’m in town

The rooms at the back can be a little noisey from boilers or other equipment

Tolle Lage, perfekt um Edinburgh zu Fuß erkunden. Großes Dreibettzimmer, das alles hat, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht.

Cons:

Blick in den Hinterhof war nicht sehr schön, dafür aber nachts sehr ruhig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für ein Stadt Hotel hat es eine sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage. Perfekte Lage zur Tram Richtung Airport um die Ecke, Zentrale Lage zur City zu Fuß. Alles sehr sauber.

Pour un 4 étoiles c est très sobre...voire insipide...cela manque de cachet et de services ( même pas un bar dans l hotel)

This should be your next stay in Edinburgh! We loved it!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is amazing! the level of cleanliness, the perfect location, the spacious room, easy check in, the comfy beds.. i can go on and on. You can walk almost 15 min to ANY of the city attractions! We are a family of 4 and we were very comfortable in the room with 3 beds.Wonderful stay overall and it is definitely recommended.

Great location, would recommend if looking for some where central
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk from Princes Street, very central. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Rooms are lovely an spacious and so is the bathroom

Cons:

We found the beds to be very uncomfortable and hard, as well as the pillows. The building next to the hotel was being reconstructed and unfortunately a lot of it was happening right outside our room window, beginning every morning around 8am. It was very loud even with the windows closed. Between the beds and the construction it was hard to get a decent sleep

Ottima posizione che consente di visitare l’intera città completamente a piedi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche molti ristoranti tipici. Possibilità di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out fino al momento della partenza.

Cons:

Il primo giorno, arrivate in piena notte, abbiamo trovato il wc della camera completamente sporco.
