Exklusives Hotel am Platz.
Pros:

Das Hotel war exklusiv eingerichtet und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation schwierig und es ist nachts recht laut.

Pros:

trato estupendo y detaliista del personal. Tiene restaurante de estrella michelin .

Cons:

ausencia de parking que obliga a buscar plazas de aparcamiento cada vez y en general la ausencia de piscina, gimnasio o lugares esenciales en un 5 estrellas.

To był bardzo krotki wypad do Toskanii i Ligurii. Swietowaliśmy wyjątkowe wydarzenie, super miejsce!

Pros:

Vi valde boendet för att det var ett Relais & Chateaux. Själva rummen var det inget fel på.

Cons:

I övrigt är det inte ett 5stjärnigt hotell - utan 4stjärnigt. AC:n funkade inte, fanns inte vatten på rummet, städningen var undermålig , personalen inte tillmötesgående. Sakerna i rummet var trasiga. Saknades kaffemaskin. Hårtorken var trasig så mitt hår fastnade. Framförallt så funkade inte AC:n och hotellet vägrade ge oss ett nytt rum.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza e de Russie. The hotel is elegant, the service is excellent, and the staff made us feel truly welcome.

During our stay, we faced an issue, but it was handled in an incredibly professional and graceful way. I truly appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully everything was resolved.

A special thank you to the manager Sunia for her outstanding support, kindness, and professionalism. Her way of handling the situation reflected true hospitality and care.

Hotel da business più che da vacanza
Pros:

Nulla in particolare, non mi ha ne deluso ne entusiasmato, era un passaggio quindi lo valuto per quello che mi è servito

Cons:

Ho standard diversi per i 5 stelle. Un hotel senza parcheggio custodito, ma in strada , privo di una vera lobby, di un bar aperto e vivo, senza spiaggia e senza un minimo di spazio esterno per rilassarsi non è nelle mie preferenze. Un hotel al mare privo di ogni servizio è un problema per chi non lo sa e non si informa. E' una buona soluzione per chi fa business , meno per una vacanza.
Provato il ristorante, anche se stellato, non è nelle mie corde, sia per la cucina che per il servizio molto approssimativo: costo importante.
Il personale della reception e il facchinaggio, efficienti, molto gentili e cordiali.

Красивый отель с дизайнерским ремонтом.
Pros:

Хорошо расположенный отель, выдают ваучеры на пляж, который напротив отеля (полотенца бесплатно выдает отель, но шезлонги, зонтики необходимо оплачивать отдельно). Очень хороший дизайнерский ремонт в отеле. Отличный ресторан, подают вкусную еду, в о-о-очень красивом исполнении. На завтраках очень много разнообразных фруктов и ягод.

Cons:

На входе в отель несколько крутых ступеней. Никто не встречает, чтобы помочь поднять чемоданы, или хотя бы сказать, где их оставить внизу, и заберет ли их служащий. При заселении необходимо оставить депозит, который можно оформить только физической банковской картой.

A super stay!
Pros:

An absolutely wonderful hotel. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast room staff are just there, quietly serving anything you would like. Our upgrade to a suite was such a lovely surprise. We cannot thank you all enough.
