Teppichboden auf den Fluren und im Zimmer waren etwas schmuddelig
Personeel en locatie. Hotel is zeer netjes tot in de details en past kwa style bij Versailles
Tolle Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnliches Frühstück
Die Lage ist genial. Die Zimmer waren wirklich schön und geräumig. Die Betten sehr gut und es war wunderbar ruhig.
Das Personal an der Bar könnte etwas mehr auf Zack sein.

Room service food. Very disappointed, they had a room service menu, but most items were not available. We had a chicken Cesar salad. Not freshly prepared, very poor for hotel of this rating.
Chambre très propre avec une bonne literie des produits de très bonne qualité mise à disposition dans la salle de bain.
Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de bonne qualité. Personnel attentif et professionnel. Nous avions besoin de quelques renseignements est la réception nous a aidé de façon très rapide et professionnel.

Mooi hotel met een zeer goede locatie, vlakbij het landgoed van Versailles. De ondergrondse parking was ook zeer handig, kamers waren zeer comfortabel. De sauna was een plus. Variatie bij het ontbijt was top! Koffiemachine in de kamer en water in de kamer vonden we heel fijn.
Het ontbijt vonden we niet de €30 per persoon waard, aangezien de koffiekoeken niet vers waren maar diepvrieskoeken waren die opgewarmd werden. Ook moest je het personeel zelf aanspreken om een cappuccino te krijgen, het zou fijn zijn als ze je hier zelf voor aanspraken. Het personeel aan de receptie vonden we niet allemaal even vriendelijk. Als er gevraagd wordt om een desposit van €250 per kamer, dan is het logisch dat je als gast zeker wilt zijn dat dit in orde is bij het uitchecken. Er werd kortaf gereageerd wanneer we vroegen om een bewijs dat het in orde is, hier kon op een vriendelijkere manier op gereageerd worden. We kregen dit bewijs ook niet, wat geen probleem is uiteindelijk want de waarborg is wel in orde, maar vriendelijkheid kost niets.
Ook was de hammam kapot.

Poca variedad de comida del restaurante con casi nada de opciones vegetarianas. El horario en que finaliza es muy temprano.

Baren aviserade inte att de skulle stänga kl 23. Saknade ”last call for alcohol”. Eller att man efter en viss tid inte kunde beställa en cocktail.

Luxurious hotel in a fabulous location with very comfortable rooms, swish decor, large shower and excellent food. Also, very useful parking!
