Great location to visit Versailles. Skip their breakfast.

Location, room size, staff

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is not kept in good order. It is not refreshed continuously. For a 4 star hotel, coffee should be fresh, not from a machine.

Laundry service is not available Saturday nor Sunday. I understand Sunday; however for a 4 star hotel, Saturday service should be available.

Great choice for a few days in the heart of Versailles

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la chambre qui était assez spacieuse et bien équipée (peignoir, chaussons, bouilloire...) L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le château mais également la ville de Versailles. La décoration est très belle et le petit-déjeûner est un vrai plus (quantité, qualité).

Cons:

Concernant la partie spa, le sauna fonctionnait bien, en revanche la douche "tropicale" ne fonctionnait pas. Par ailleurs, nous avons été surpris de voir débarquer 4 personnes avec leurs valises, chaussures sales, vêtements du jour etc pour se doucher dans les douches de l'espace, et qui marchaient donc en chaussures, dans un espace normalement uniquement accessible avec une clé, là où nous étions pieds nus. Vraiment pas hygiénique. Cela a considérablement affecté notre expérience du sauna.

Nice hotel in good location
Pros:

Good place, very close to the palace in an historic building. Also close to the metro so well connected

The gym is fairly tired and our room lacked any outside, despite having booked fo one with a balcony.
