Das Personal ist sehr nett hilfreich.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Auswahl super

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und in die Jahre gekommen.
Es gab keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne mit Dusche was für Menschen mit Problemen nicht machbar ist.

Schlaflose Nächte
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung der Zimmer und Frühstück sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Restaurant fand Samstags eine Hochzeitsfeier statt, die Nachts immer lauter wurde, was Schlafen unmöglich machte. Beendet wurde das erst nach meinem Anruf um 2 Uhr Nachts. Das Hotel hatte von sich aus nichts getan, um den Lärm zeitlich zu begrenzen. Ich vermute, dass nach offiziellem Restaurantschluss die Feiernden ohne Personalbegleitung verbleiben und nur eine Person an der Rezeption bleibt, die abwartet, bis Beschwerden eingehen.
Die zweite Nacht erhofften wir uns ruhiger. Leider war nun ein Gast im Nachbarzimmer sehr laut aktiv, dem stundenlangen lauten Porno-Gestöhne nach wohl mit einer Prostituierten. Danach noch Radiomusik durch das weit geöffnete Fenster. Möglicherweise kann da das Hotel nicht viel machen, im Ergebnis war unser 2tägiger Aufenthalt aber miserabel.

Long story short, we made a reservation, but didn't stay there.

Wrong advertising. I booked a room with 1 bed for 2 persons (queen size), and we got 2 separate beds instead. They could not provide us with another room because they don't offer these types of beds so the receptionist said. After having contact with the helpdesk of Booking.com they accepted a refund without costs, which i was grateful for! The receptionist was friendly and helpful and understood the situation.

From a customer point of view, i don't feel it's ok to advertise a room with a queen size bed if you're not able to provide it!
Eventually it was a waist of our time and for the receptionist as well.
