Würde ich nicht wieder buchen

Nix. Wir haben es wegen der guten Bewertungen und den 4 Sternen spontan von unterwegs gebucht und sind nicht geblieben. da wir über Booking com. gebucht haben, mussten wir leider den vollen Preis bezahlen, obwohl wir nicht geblieben sind und die Zimmer nicht genutzt haben. Die beiden Damen von der Rezeption waren bemüht.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer was uns zugewiesen wurde, war Barrierefrei, eigentlich kein Problem., aber es sah aus wie in einem Krankenzimmer (der Krankenstuhl) stand in der Ecke. Das schlimmste war, es roch sehr unangenehm, schlimmer als in einem Krankenzimmer. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption um ein neues Zimmer gebeten und das auch ohne Probleme bekommen. Das zweite Zimmer war mit Teppich ausgelegt, auf dem ein großer roter Fleck ( nicht zu übersehen) und mehrere kleinere waren. Das Bett war mit Leder umrandet und das war total abgeschabt und sah schlimm aus. Wir waren schon oft in 4 Sterne Hotels, aber sowas habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Wir haben uns dann ein anderes Hotel genommen,

Die Lage an der Autobahn ist sehr gut.
Je nachdem wann man ankommt gibt es abends auch kostenlose Parkplätze in der direkten Umgebung.
Frühstück war gut.

Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Großes Zimmer und großes Bett. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider war das Duschgel im Badezimmer leer. Die Vorhänge Dunkeln nicht ausreichend ab, sodass man nicht lange schlafen kann.

Pros:

The breakfast is excellent. For travelers, the hotel is easily reachable from the highway.

Cons:

Got snarky remarks at check-in, cold reception. High fee for a small dog stay and the parking is 10EUR extra when the night fee was already high. Spots all over the room’s carpet floor, bathroom not well cleaned, walls of the corridors marked and with paint ripped - bad look overall, how is this a 4 star hotel? Terrible value for money, won’t be staying here again nor do I recommend anyone to.
