When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for maximum of 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.
Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. The nearest car park is the Q Park next to the hotel. Our partner discount is 20% and tickets must be pre-booked on the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number, which will enable the barriers to open for you. If you would like to enter and exit multiple times during your stay, please click the multiple entry option.
Please note that the Spa facilities are open Monday to Sunday but no treatment available on Tuesdays apart from nail services. Spa use is available for hotel guests at a charge of 15 per person for two hours use starting from the 1st of June 2025 (includes robe and towel) additional laundry/towels are chargeable. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops and £1 coin for the lockers. Spa use is on a first come first served basis and can be used from check in time (15:00) until check out time (11:00), it can only be guaranteed as part of a spa day package booking or overnight spa package. Please note that all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
- 0-4 years old: complimentary breakfast
- 5- 11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
- 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price.
Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.

location 2 mins from station was great. bed and pillows were very comfortable. bathroom was lovely. cleanliness impeccable. fridge with cold water very good and kettle, cups etc very good. Food and drinks very good in restaurant. Staff very friendly, helpful, professional and approachable.
the lighting in reception is very bad. on arrival, as it was my first time booking the Malmaison hotel, i felt as though i was entering a cave. it is so very dark, not bright and welcoming, as are other hotels, and i feel sorry for the staff working all day and night in those conditions, as i'm sure it is not good for their health. also the room is very dark with an industrial view. also the window cleaner frightened me as i was not expecting that to happen while i was in my room, without ant notice from staff. i am a lady of a certain age, alone in the room. luckily i had all my clothes on at the time, but it was not a pleasant experience. needless to say i will look for a different hotel on my next visit to Birmingham.
We had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay at Malmaison Birmingham. The hotel is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location, making it perfect for exploring Birmingham.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the furnishings throughout the room made our stay feel luxurious. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Malmaison Birmingham and will definitely be returning in the future.
Honestly, nothing. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't fault either the hotel or the service we received.
Upgrade on the room was wonderful, staff were so helpful, facilities were great, food was out of this world. Everything was brilliant, I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Car parking was a bit expensive but still convenient. Maybe the hotel could offer a small discount for patrons to park?

I was charged twice although the staff sorted it quickly when I arrived home and found the error
Location was exactly what we looking for and even though the hotel has no on site parking, parking can be found right next door.
There was nothing that wasn't liked during our stay.
We stayed only briefly ,1 night and only a few hours to sleep in our lovely room .
It has made us definitely want to stay several days in knowledge, rooms spacious, quiet & comfortable ,all needs met. Reception welcoming.which always a good start .
Highly recommend & will stay there again for a longer period to enjoy.
