When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for maximum of 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. The nearest car park is the Q Park next to the hotel. Our partner discount is 20% and tickets must be pre-booked on the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number, which will enable the barriers to open for you. If you would like to enter and exit multiple times during your stay, please click the multiple entry option.

Please note that the Spa facilities are open Monday to Sunday but no treatment available on Tuesdays apart from nail services. Spa use is available for hotel guests at a charge of 15 per person for two hours use starting from the 1st of June 2025 (includes robe and towel) additional laundry/towels are chargeable. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops and £1 coin for the lockers. Spa use is on a first come first served basis and can be used from check in time (15:00) until check out time (11:00), it can only be guaranteed as part of a spa day package booking or overnight spa package. Please note that all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
- 0-4 years old: complimentary breakfast
- 5- 11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
- 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price.

Kids Dinner Menu is also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Brilliant will be back again
Pros:

I loved the space in the rooms and the large windows that let in a lot of light

Cons:

I didn’t like the lifts they were a bit shakey and dark

Outstanding service - nothing was too much trouble!
Pros:

Business offsite event started at 30 pax and grew to 45 in the last week! But massive thanks to Shauna for going the extra mile and accommodating all of our last minute changes. Nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Malmaison for events.

Wonderful stay! Great value for money in a convenient location.
Pros:

Great location near the canals and close to city centre while having a quiet feel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bar/restaurant had a modern, industrial atmosphere which was a cool touch. Spa/wellness centre (extra fee per person) was very nice although should be included in price of stay in my opinion.

Cons:

Rooms and hallways were a little dated in details like carpets and bathtub showers which would allow water to leak on the floor at times.

One night is too short and the function rooms Work & Play are well organised.
Pros:

The design was pleasing and the staff helpful, good size rooms, central and near good parking. Step free access too.

Pros:

موقع الفندق رائع ، قريب من محطة القطار تقريباً مشي خمس دقائق ، يوجد الفندق في مركز تجاري راقي جداً ، وعليه فهناك خيارات المطاعم والكفايهات كثيرة، الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة ، وهذه ليست اقامتي الاولى ، السرير مريح جداً جداً ، ويوجد بالغرفة كل ما تحتاجة ، والموظفين سريعين في تلبية أي احتياجات للنزيل ، انصح بهذا الفندق خصوصاً من يبحث عن مكان راقي في منطقة حيوية تنبض بالحياة الليلية ، وبالطبع سوف اعتمده للاقامة في المستقبل ، كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع العاملين بالفندق.

Pretty good
Pros:

The location was excellent. So close to the New Street station and the bull ring. Staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick. The blackout curtains were great as it was summer when I stayed, and I wanted to go to bed early. Starbucks in the hotel that opens at 7 during the week.

Cons:

There is no pool but a £15 charge to use the spa. I'd pay it if there was a pool...
The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. A robe wouldn't go amiss.

Pros:

الفندق موقعة مميز ، وكل شئ قريب منه سواء مطاعم وكافيهات ومحطة القطار ، الفندق بشكل عام مريح جداً وراقي ويوجد مول ملاصق له جداً راقي وفيه مطاعم باطلالة على النهر، انصح به وبشدة.

تقريباً لا يوجد شئ لو يعجبني .
