Location is just next to central station and around City center

Cons:

Staff was extremely rude when we went she was talking on the phone and No was ready for any question before you ask they didn’t had first ad kit She said there is no Microwave. Our child fell down and we needed Ice she said they dont have. Room floor was completely broken. No boiler was available in the room. If you have child with you I will avoid this place

Cons:

Der Nachtrezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich. Obwohl die Bar 24 Stunden geöffnet hatte, durften wir dort nicht einkehren.
Stattdessen hat er mit den Füßen auf dem Tisch lieber einen Film auf seinem Handy geschaut.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Sehr spartanische Einrichtung, kein Fön, kein Wasser, kein Tee- oder Kaffebereiter im Zimmer, dafür aber kostenlos am Empfang während der Frühstückszeit.

Nur zur Not, wenn ich von Gelsenkirchen sonst nicht mehr weg komme.
Pros:

Gut gefällt mir, das die Rezeption 24/7 besetzt ist. Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ausreichend ruhig.

Cons:

Das Bett war hart und unbequem. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer erfolgt durch flackernde Leuchtstoffröhren, was sehr ungemütich ist. Es gibt keine Steckdosen am Bett. Die Dusche ist mit erhöhtem Einstieg und der Boden in der Dusche war sehr rutschig. Ich wäre fast gestürzt. Das Frühstück war das liebloseste, welches ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Keine gute Qualität, keine wirkliche Auswahl. Man wird satt, hat aber kein schönes Frühstückserlebnis. Zudem wurden Streitigkeiten unter den Angestellten lautstark in der Küche ausgetragen, so dass ich während des Frühstücks die ganze Zeit dem Streit lauschen durfte. Das war unangenehm. Ich habe dann am zweiten Tag auf das Frühstück verzichtet.
