the location was good.
I dont know how are they a 4 start hotel. It was so hot, no airconditioning, only one fan, we couldnt open the windows. We didnt sleep wel.

Nous avions un rendez-vous à Saint-Lô avec une personne qui nous a escroqué sur place ce qui nous laisse un souvenir très amer de la région. Mais nous avons trouvé réconfort à votre hôtel en tout point de vue.
Un peu déçu de ne pas avoir trouvé le restaurant ouvert alors que c'était annoncé sur internet.
Principalement le petit-déjeuner et la serviabilité de la personne chargée de son organisation. Malgré ses tâches, elle était attentive à nos besoins. Merci Madame.
La seule remarque à apporter, alors que l’hôtel n’y peut rien, c’est sa presque invisibilité en raison de l’échafaudage en façade. Nous avons été contraint de nous prendre à 2 fois avant de trouver l’hôtel…
Zeer centraal in Normandië. Uitstekend voor dagtrips. Mont Saint Michel is 1.15 h weg. in 2027 is de verbouwing klaar met air conditioning. Vriendelijk personeel
Er zijn een aantal trappen voordat je in het hotel aankomt. Wij zijn 71 en 81 dat viel een beetje tegen.

We booked this hotel because it offered secure bike storage. Unfortunately the bike garage was not available due to building works but staff were helpful and found us a small room, not ideal, but was secure.

A few minutes' walk from railway station, and easy parking on site. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and quite efficient, but different ones each day! (We stayed two nights.) Impressive view over the river to the ramparts opposite.
We choose Mercure for a 4-star standard, but this hotel fell far below. Our room was quite basic: more electric sockets would help, and the safe didn't work, and the shower head was not functioning as it should, and surely a 4-star hotel should offer glasses for over-night water, not paper cups? Generally the hotel needs up-dating, and indeed works were happening during our stay. There was little choice for dinner in the restaurant. The worst aspect was the noise from La Plage, a bar with loud, thumping music that stays open until 2am and is located below our room (326).

Buffet du petit-déjeuner très bien dans l'ensemble, à un détail près.
Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. L'établissement en cours de réfection sur la façade devrait l'être aussi dedans. Hall austère, voire spartiate, ensemble vieillot ; la chambre confortable mais sans plus, peu spacieuse, moquette usée et délavée.
Petit déjeuner : la crème de marrons couverte de moisissure.
