Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed signals: several guests praise the hotel as very clean, but multiple reviews report smells in rooms, filthy passages and insufficient cleaning of bathrooms and corridors, resulting in a below-average cleanliness impression.
Service
9
Generally strong—many guests highlight very friendly, helpful staff and good reception service (quick problem resolution). Isolated operational issues (e.g., breakfast readiness) were reported but the majority comment on very positive staff interactions.
Location
9
Consistently praised: many reviewers mention excellent/very good location and convenient placement for travel and attractions; a few expected a more central position but still found it convenient.
Room Quality
6.9
Mixed: comfortable beds and some clean rooms noted, but several guests report small, tired or dated rooms, bathroom issues (broken fixtures, short shower screen causing overflow) and occasional odors.
Amenities
7
Mixed amenities: on-site restaurant and parking available, but paid parking is a frequent complaint, no provided drinking water, limited bike storage and some broken in-room fixtures reduce the rating slightly.
Value for Money
7.2
Mixed perceptions: multiple guests praise the price/quality ratio (including breakfast value for some), while others find the breakfast and some services overpriced and not matching expectations.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Polarized: the restaurant is repeatedly described as excellent by several guests, whereas breakfast opinions vary—many enjoy it, but others criticize its quality, price and punctuality.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall slightly positive: many guests report a satisfying, pleasant stay (comfortable beds, good restaurant, helpful staff and quiet rooms), offset by some notable disappointments (cleanliness, room condition, breakfast) that prevent a higher overall score.

Cons:

Zimmer, Personal, Räumlichkeiten,
