Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel.
War eigentlich alles in Ordnung. Auch das Frühstück war gut.
Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren gut ausgestattet und geräumig.

Cons:

Seit der Übernahme vom Pulmann-Hotel hat der Service nachgelassen.
Auch an den Zimmern wurde nichts erneuert, was dringend notwendig wäre.
Allerdings wurden die Preise recht ordentlich erhöht.

Not a bad place to stay
Pros:

The location is close to everything, easy parking and really nice and polite staff. You have a wonderful in site bakery and comfortable sit down drinking area served by wonderful staff.

Cons:

The room was disappointing, the shower drain must of been blocked and I got a lot of backwash while standing in it. WIFI is not strong and only limited TV channels to watch. The walls were cracked possibly due to water damage and the wallpaper was holding it together. The hotel is a grand hotel which needs a bit of makeup.

The hotel that you want to comeback again for extended stay.
Pros:

I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at the Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The first thing that stands out is the marvelous service from the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was equally impressive—sumptuous with a wonderful variety. Whether you prefer local Thai dishes or Western classics, there is something delicious for everyone.

However, the hidden gem here is the hotel’s bakery shop. It is exceptionally good! Do not leave without trying their pastries and breads. They are fresh, high-quality, and easily rival any standalone bakery in the city.

If you are staying in Khon Kaen, the Heritage Grand is a superb choice. I highly recommend it!
