Encontrarme 3 cucarachas en el baño y q el personal del hotel lo arreglara todo con un disculpa
Läget underbart,men andra natten började man städa stranden 04.00 och det var så öronbedövande att jag inte sov mer den natten och nästa dag var förstörd. Jag frågade andra gäster i hissen och de instämde.
Blev förvånad att sängen var så dålig. När man satt sig på sängen gnisslande den och man sjönk ner, dessutom hade sängen hjul som en sjukhussäng. I receptionen sa de att alla sängar var så.
Av alla hotell jag bott på de senaste åren tror jag den hamnar sist på listan.
Men läget, läget läget är storslaget!!!!!

Montaron la cama adicional a las 16:00h y mientras almorzábamos en la habitación, con 4 empleados dentro de la misma.
Nos echaron del desayuno 5 minutos antes de la hora de cierre.
Las recepcionistas de la entrada y salida ni nos miraron a la cara

Exceptional, high standard Customers Service Skills and Management Skills and Professionalism of receptionist Claudia made our stay as Dream Come True and deeply appreciated by us. Our stay became the Greatest we ever had. She was so high level professional in everything ,managing any of our requests and situations, made our stay unforgettable awesome . Thank you so much Claudia. Thanks so much to all other Receptionist as well - always friendly and ready to help with anything . Our Room always was so clean and kept fresh with everything we could think about . Thank you so much . We had the best time despite the weather was ups and down . It’s definitely The Best Place to stay in all Las Palmas .
