Very disappointed
Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

Misrepresentation on the website, claimed to have a restaurant, they didn’t.
Bathroom was smelly, tiny shower, drain was glogged, ask them to fix it but they didn’t

Staff were friendly, room was a good size, with basic facilities.

Cons:

Noisy location. Sirens every hr.
Breakfast was okay. But overpriced for what it was.
Evening restaurant was closed.
Bar was empty.
And 2/5 nights my Aircon (even when off) would make intermittent buzzing sounds.

Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe. Das Frühstück ist spitze. An Wochenenden sogar bis 11:00 Uhr

Pros:

Ich habe einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel PLAZA Hotel Hanau gehabt! Der Empfang war sehr freundliche. Besonders praktisch war die sichere Unterbringung meiner Fahrräder. Das Frühstück war sehr gut: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten und lecker zubereitet, genau der richtige Start in den Tag. Gerne komme ich wieder!
