Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage perfekt für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal man ist sofort in der Altstadt guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge freundliches Personal Sauberkeit war in allen Bereichen gut 👍 man konnte selbst entscheiden ob eine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht wird
Zur jeder Zeit konnte man Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure an einer Wasserstation Zapfen Glasflaschen stehen zur Verfügung Frühstück war gut 👍 am Kaffeeautomaten konnte man verschiedene Kaffee Varianten bekommen

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag zur Hauptstraße da wir immer mit offenen Fenstern schlafen war es doch sehr laut ,wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist hört man nicht mehr viel

Super Lage, guter Service und unkompliziertes Einchecken. Sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Gutes Frühstück.

Second visit to this hotel. Great location in the town. Good value.

Only that it’s a bit old. Needs a refit, but for the money totally acceptable.

Wir kommen wieder nach Heppenheim
Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage (Z330), kontinentales Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Lage direkt in der Altstadt, bis zum Marktplatz am Rathaus nur wenige Gehminuten. Genügend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.
Sehr positiv bei dem heißen Wetter (>30°C) war das kostenlose Abfüllen von Trinkwasser an der Rezeption. Personal und Service waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren anlässlich der Veranstaltung "Gassensensationen" in Heppenheim und würden im nächsten Jahr das Hotel wieder wählen.

Cons:

Wir hatten keine Beanstandungen während des Aufenthaltes.
