Cons:

Kein barrieresfreies Zimmer trotz vorheriger Anmeldung. Angeschlossenes Bistro, 8.48 Uhr Nachfrage nach Getränke, erst in 12 min möglich, obwohl Servicepersonal schon da war und Tische bereits vorbereitet waren. Preisabweichung zum gebuchten Preis von 140€ ohne Sonderleistung. Zugesagte digitale Rechnung nach vier Tagen noch immer nicht erhalten!

Nice looking hotel in a convenient spot.
Pros:

Great location near DB train. Hotel was beautiful with good access to Konstanz Altstadt. Hotel bar was pricey. Ferry to Meersburg was nearby and inexpensive.

Cons:

The threshhold between the bedroom and the bathroom had a 1" (2cm) drop with a marble rise which was a tripping hazard. The edge of the marble threshhold piece was a sharp 45 degree angle that was painful to trip upon. This hazard is difficult to see since all the colors match. Needs someone to grind the edge down - a 5 minute job.

will not stay at this hotel again.
Cons:

paid the hotel well in advance and then hotel willy nilly charged the amount once again to my credit card a day before arrival due to an apparent system failure. Turned into a huge hassle to get my complete refund. not a single english tv station plus huge hassles with their payment system made the stay a nightmare.

Die Lage und das Frühstück sind top , an der Infrastruktur muss nachgebessert werden.

Die Lage ist top. Das Frühstück oberste Liga.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte mal einen Facelift.
Die Gold-Armaturen im Bad haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und der hohe Badwanneneinstieg ist für ältere Personen eine Zumutung. Die Liftanlagen sind auch nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand. Für 220.- Euro die Nacht erwarte ich mehr.

Dunkles Zimmer, keine Aussicht, nur Badewanne mit sehr hohem Rand, schon fast gefährlich für ältere Gäste. Relativ viel Staub…
