Die Lage ist Top und Frühstück super fein grosse auswahl. Saubere grosse Zimmer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wider. Freundliches Personal. Alles Tip top.

お金があればまた泊まりたい。
Pros:

コンスタンツ駅が間も前。大型ショッピングセンターが近く。コンスタンツ駅や近くのフェリー港には日中から夕方にかけてレストランが開いている。部屋は4階だったので、コンスタンツ駅やそのすぐ先にあるボーデン湖がよく見えた。

Cons:

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, funktionierte die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer nicht. Die Rezeption entschuldigte sich, bot jedoch keine Entschädigung an, sondern teilte lediglich mit, dass ein Techniker kommen würde, um zu versuchen, das Problem zu beheben. Nachdem wir über eine Stunde im Flur vor unserem Zimmer gewartet hatten, stellte sich heraus, dass die Reparatur an diesem Tag nicht möglich war, da ein Ersatzteil fehlte. Man gab uns ein kleineres Zimmer, das ein drittel kleine war als das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer. (gleiche Preiskategorie). Man sagte uns, alle Zimmer mit Seeblick gehörten zur gleichen Kategorie – was wir kaum glauben konnten, da die Zimmergröße doch meist einen Preisunterschied ausmacht. Obwohl es über 32 Grad warm war, bot man uns weder etwas zu trinken an noch eine Entschädigung für die lange Wartezeit auf ein Zimmer, das wir gar nicht gebucht hatten. Als wir am zweiten Tag um 18:00 Uhr in unsere Hotel zurückkehrten teilte die Rezeption mit das wir wieder in unseren Ursprüngliches Zimmer einziehen könnten. Wir haben uns auf Grund der fortgeschritten Zeit uns entschieden in kleinen Zimmer zu übernachten und nicht umzuziehen. Obwohl dieses Hotel teurer war als andere, die wir uns in Konstanz angesehen hatten, entschieden wir uns aufgrund der Lage, der Größe der Zimmer usw. für die Buchung. Wir hatten uns auf einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt gefreut und waren sehr enttäuscht darüber, wie man uns behandelte. Das übrige Hotelpersonal, insbesondere beim Frühstück, war ausgezeichnet.

Bel établissement idéalement situé
Pros:

Emplacement parfait , gare en face et pleine ville !
Petit déjeuner très complet et de qualité dans une très jolie salle mauresque

Cons:

Une seule personne pour gérer l accueil vers 15h : nombreuses arrivées , demandes de renseignements, téléphone, et personnes qui réclamaient leur bagages : attente trop longue pour un 4 étoiles !
