Great value for the facilities and service you are getting..also love the adult only facilities

Great facilities, Cleanliness, space, friendly staff and nice breakfast

Cons:

Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work, the remote got replaced but it didn't work. When we arrived it was 31 degrees, however for bed we decided to keep the balcony door open to sleep and there was a nice cool breeze that helped us to sleep.

Pros:

Bathroom was very clean. Good shower and a bonus a bath. Lovely big mirror that was well lit.
French lady at breakfast was very kind and welcoming and eager to help.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable. You could see they needed replacing as the underneath had sacked through to the floor.
Curtains were hanging off the rails and it was hard to cover the windows completely. No complete privacy.
Receptionist was very unwelcoming and only brightened up when I apologised for being early and agreed to an additional charge to check in early. I tried to explain to her that I had messaged ahead to ask if we could check in earlier but said we don't get messages from booking.com as if it was my problem.
We ask for 3 things from a stay. A good bed, a good shower and friendly staff so you feel welcomed and at ease. Im afraid it didn't measure up. Even a swimming pool won't make it better. Very expensive for what we received.

A perfect weekend!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat. The gym was outstanding, the staff warm and welcoming, and every meal was delicious. Our massage was exceptional and truly elevated the whole experience.
