Pros:

Friendly staff, really nice food and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is this, the basin in the room I occupied was cracked probably because it was fairly old going by the looks of the waste water fitment.

Pros:

Location close to town centre

Cons:

Booked two rooms, stayed on hottest weekend of year my air conditioning not working. Hotel response sorry we don't have maintenance at weekend! On arrival toilet and shower dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned when, partially cleaned shower toilet remained untouched. Stayed 3 days no change of sheet at all. In fact don't think they cleaned the room at all. This is not the worst second room for my 81 year old mother with mobility issues so asked for accessible room. This hotel version of that is comical. Had to get lift to first floor, room at end of very long corridor, virtually at the end, so you have mobility issue this hotel make you walk longer. Then the bathroom was a joke. Difference between mine and the accessible room 1) they removed the bath so more space 2) shower has curtain instead of glass doors but exactly same size 3) pull down chair you have to qualify for world strongest man to be able to get into seating position. Breakfast self service food barely warm. Very very poor. Reported issues no response. Not good customer service at all.

Relaxing getaway
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and helpful. I couldn't fault them. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really nice. The swimming was nice but can get crowded quite quickly l

Cons:

The only slight issue was with the room; there was no AC and the room was quite warm and the fan provided didn't really do much to help.

It was okay
Pros:

The bedroom and en suite bathroom were lovely. Very clean. The air conditioning was very welcome in the heat wave.

Cons:

I wasn’t very impressed with the spa facilities and the steam room was out of order which we weren’t informed about. Very odd layout. The relaxation room was lovely but did feel the outside space needed some more umbrellas.

Honestly away from home
Pros:

Everything you would expect from a hotel and the venue was perfect as you could roll out of bed and onto the courts.

Cons:

There could've been more milk, tea and sugar.

Disappointing
Pros:

Buffet Breakfast was nice. Staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Very outdated room and hotel in need of renovation. Net curtains were very dirty. Balcony door was impossible to open. Noise from the corridors was very loud and disruptive. Felt like a budget hotel. Disappointed that I spent £320 for 2 nights. Not worth it at all.

Very good hotel, but need improving in some arears. SPA was very good. good location.
Pros:

My ROOM was clean and what i expected, they could add a freeze for this type of room. 2 Glass should be added to the room to use.

Dinner, was Satisfactory on the first night., bit on the expensive side.

Breakfast, to us was a bit Chaotic, look like under staff, which cause customers to most of the asking, table was not clear in time. Also coffee machine was not working properly during my stay. you need to go early if you have a good breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast- under staff, and could run better, customers was always looking around to get a staff member. not good standard.

Value for Money
Pros:

Good location for our trip. Rooms very clean. Friendly staff and good onsite parking.

Cons:

The grounds of the hotel were not maintained which is a shame as it could be beautiful. The room didn't have any air conditioning.

Pros:

I liked how quiet it was ,location wise. I enjoyed the facilities at the hotel and friendly staff. Access to the pool and sauna we enjoyed .

Cons:

Some areas of our room had signs of wear and tear. The radiator had a small leak . Some areas of the wall had peeling cracks from the paint . It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.
