Please note that Standard rooms will not accommodate extra beds so 2 adults and a child can only be accommodated in an upgraded or Superior room type. The Standard rooms will accommodate 2 adults max and 1 crib for an infant.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Excellent location 20mins from Eurotunnel and 5 mins from Ashford outlet mall. Good sized clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge in family room was appreciated.
Water, tea making facilities and biscuits provided.
Tasty bacon and sausages at breakfast.
V welcoming for dogs.
Air conditioning in rooms worked well. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Breakfast could be much better, need cleaner crockery, buffet was not always replaced, crumbs on tables and chairs, stale croissants and congealed fried eggs. Staff were friendly but need more training.
Small car park places and difficult to get a space.
No mini fridge in twin room

Ample for my business stay but unhappy with inter connecting room

Cons:

I was happy with 1st night but next 2 nights i had neighbours. Normally not an issue, but i was given an interconnecting room and could hear everything. There were 2 males and i actually felt they were in my room, so didnt feel safe at times as it wasnt quite

Pros:

Reception very welcoming.Comfortable room and bed.Breakfast was very good and reasonable cost.

Cons:

Little bits of repair needed.Some cracked tiles in bathroom and knocks to furnishings.
At breakfast some staff were slow and not very interested in checking things or clearing tables.Tied fabrics on chairs in dining room and knocks to wood etc

Decent stopover hotel, would use again for a short stay
Pros:

Decent stopover hotel, lacked a bit of soul but that’s the nature of these places. Staff all very friendly - Breeze in the restaurant was lovely.

Cons:

Clearly understaffed, those who were there in the restaurant morning and evening looked rushed off their feet.

Pros:

They had availability, the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The bar prices are extortionate and after being made to wait for almost 30 minutes over some confusion on breakfast included in the price staff eventually realised that was included to have breakfast and then allowed me in. made me feel and look stupid with a queue of people behind me, it was ridiculous

Down for friends 60th. Location was convenient and did the job.
Pros:

Room 109. Bed excellent. Did have a bulb go on the first night. Spoke to the cleaning lady and by the time we got back to the room it was sorted.

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit over priced in my view. Staff were cheerful and friendly. We tried both restaurants. Both messed up orders. But when we enquired it was sorted. Someone who is diabetic there wasn't a great deal to choose from. Especially as I don't eat fish or pizza really.

Felt the hotel was excellent for price paid

Once again a great location, parking great. Dog walking area.

Cons:

Table was not set out for breakfast in the lounge. Made it awkward for having a dog . And a bit far for carrying food and drinks.

The entrance and main foyer area are very nice.
Some of the staff were exceptionally good ( Bar & reception).

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room did not work.
One of the waiters in the restaurant was very rude.
