Please note that Standard rooms will not accommodate extra beds so 2 adults and a child can only be accommodated in an upgraded or Superior room type. The Standard rooms will accommodate 2 adults max and 1 crib for an infant.

Fabulous location for the tunnel crossing. Pool was a huge bonus after a long journey
Pros:

I liked that it had a pool that was warm and a jacuzzi. Sauna and steam room which we used before breakfast.

Cons:

The place needs a bit of an uplift or refurbishment. The corridors to the rooms smelt a bit musty.

Great place to stay for stop over for euro tunnel
Pros:

The staff were very professional and courteous. A credit to the hotel. Especially the lady at the spa reception. The spa area and pool were very good and clean. The lounge area and bar were comfortable with pleasing decor.

Cons:

The mattress in our room had a dent in it and a little uncomfortable. It could do with replacing I think.

Comfy, good looking room
Pros:

Quiet. Modern good looking roomy room. Large TV.
Nicely decorated bathroom with bath tub.
We tried the restaurant and it was fine.
Don't forget to register your car at the front desk even though parking is free.

Cons:

My wife liked the bed/mattress but I didn't.
I often have back pain and need a firm mattress to mitigate that. Unfortunately this mattress was too soft for me and I woke up with a head ache every morning. Not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of if you prefer firm mattresses.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, weil nur 1 Person um 8.30 Uhr für den Frühstücksraum zuständig war und natürlich dem Ansturm nicht gewachsen war.
Wir hatten keinen sauberen Tisch, kein Besteck und keine Tasse. Das bekamen wir erst nach mehrmaligen fragen.
Ab 9 Uhr war der Ansturm vorbei und es waren 3 bis 4 Mitarbeiter vorhanden, die die Tische säuberten und auch akurat eindeckten.
