Pros:

Özellikle aileler için hazırlanmış olan aile odasını çok beğendik, resepsiyondaki oyunlar çok iyi düşünülmüş çocuklar güzel vakit geçirdiler. Kahvemizi içmek için restaurantın dışında bir alan olması da güzeldi.

Na jedną noc jest ok.
Pros:

Blisko Parlamentu europejskiego.

Cons:

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja. Bałagan na śniadaniu. Kartę do parkingu można dać na stałe a nie wypożyczać zabierając dowód osobisty. Wysokość sedesu dla krasnala.

Pros:

For my colleagues and I the location is very important because we have engagements at the Euro parliament. Tram station across the street. Good food for breakfast plus orange fresh juice. Friendly personal. The most helpful and efficient is MrNicola Gikov. Everyone may rely on him, he knows his job, answers variety of questions about the hotel and the city. He is gentle and professional. After meeting him we decided to book this hotel again in October.

Pros:

The break-out bar and restaurant area were great, with some outside space too.

Cons:

The bar staff didn’t really know what they were doing and seemed very hassled and overwhelmed. Not sure about the location - this is very much a business hotel and not really suitable for tourists who fancy a trip to Strasbourg. Our room was tiny but the aircon was functional.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich. Ich hab ich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Ich durfte sogar nach 22 Uhr noch das Zimmer wechseln und die Mitarbeiterin ist extra mitgekommen,um zu checken, ob das neue Zimmer auch sicher nicht das gleiche Problem hat. Außerdem gab es im Erdgeschoss einen Wasserspender mit kalten und sogar Sprudelwasser. :D

Cons:

Die Klimanalagen sollten aufgerüstet werden (Kontext: heißeste Woche ever mit 42+ Grad - die Klimaanlagen konnten bei der Extremhizte einfach nicht mithalten. ) Alerrdings durfte man das Zimmer tauchen.

Guter Service und schöne Zimmer, etwas laut und Klimaanlagen schlecht
Pros:

Sehr nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war lecker, auch wenn das Rührei wirklich andauernd leer war und man auf neues warten musste. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer klein, aber sauber und das Badezimmer hat eine gute Größe. Lage ist gut, wenn man wie meine Kolleginnen und ich zum Palais de la Musique muss für einen Kongress, ansonsten eher außerhalb des Stadtzentrums.

Cons:

Zwei Hauptpunkte, was nicht gut war:
- Die Klimaanlagen in diesem Hotel sind sehr alt und funktionieren in manchen Zimmern nicht, in anderen nur schwach und in manchen wenigen gut. Ich musste das Zimmer wechseln, da es zu heiß wurde und die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Im neuen Zimmer war sie auch eher schwach, aber es wurde erträglich wenigstens
- Durch den Zimmerwechsel ging mein Zimmer leider auf die Straße hinaus, wo laute Autos fahren und die Tram hält. Also recht laut

Très mauvaise expérience
Pros:

L'emplacement et la décoration.

Cons:

L'établissement semble davantage préoccupé par les économies d'énergie que par le confort de ses clients. La climatisation est volontairement limitée, ce qui rend les chambres peu agréables, surtout par fortes chaleurs.

Le plus regrettable reste toutefois l'attitude du personnel. Le sens du service et de la communication est clairement à revoir. On a parfois l'impression que le client est un problème plutôt qu'une personne à accueillir. Un minimum de courtoisie et de professionnalisme est pourtant la base dans ce métier.

Si le contact avec la clientèle est vécu comme une contrainte, il serait peut-être temps de se remettre en question. C'est dommage, car avec un meilleur accueil et une véritable attention portée aux clients, cet hôtel pourrait offrir une toute autre expérience. En l'état, je ne le recommande pas.
