Important information:

Hilton East Midlands Airport has now got its own exit off the J24 roundabout; this is the exit immediately after the exit for the A50 Stoke/Derby.

Please note that the hotel can only be accessed from J24 of the M1, also called Kegworth Interchange. Roads connecting to this interchange are M1 northbound and southbound, A453 from airport, A453 from Nottingham, a6 from Loughborough, A50 from Derby.

If traveling to the hotel and using a sat nav, we suggest searching for the hotel name in the ‘points of interest’ or ‘search’ section if your device has this feature. The hotel postcode covers a large area and can be imprecise on some devices.

No real complaints
Pros:

Dinner and Breakfast excellent. The room was spotless and comforable. The shower was great plenty of hot water. All in all no complaints. Staff were excellent and friendly

Cons:

Did not like the car park charge. It is my opinion when you pay for Room whcih i paid for two that should get you free parking

A fabulous hotel. Great location, comfy rooms and child friendly.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and very child friendly. Michaela in particular in the bar/restaurant was excellent.

We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return
Pros:

Good to have a pool but it could do with some updating and repairs to ceiling. Showering beige entering the pool should be mandatory as there were some unclean smelling males entering without showering Jacuzzi was lovely and hot.

Cons:

Staff were really really great however some of the restaurant staff could do with some further training regards to not serving drinks handling the rim of the glasses

Great hotel for all.
Pros:

The family room was great for the three of us, breakfast as usual was fantastic with loads of choice. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool and gym facilities were really good and make the hotel a great place to stay.

Cons:

Nothing. The stay was perfect.
