The facilities
I thought my room was small and I had to leave my case at the bottom of my bed, not a good place at night in the dark. For £200 I was a disappointed.
The breakfast tables were left uncleared and food from previous diners still on the floor.
Location and car park
Only 1 lift in use so you had to wait for ages
Rooms - shower head and water pressure rubbish. Cheap fittings that were useless.
No plug sockets by the desk so if anyone wanted to work forget that!
No plug socket to plug the kettle in unless you use the one by the bed or on the floor.
No central lights so the room was dark.
Room smelt musty.
Pillows - small and hard.
Bed - adequate.
Closeness to theatre, town and parking was perfect

The breakfast was excellent and varied. The spa facilities are lovely and staff were polite and helpful
Unfortunately the aircon in our room was broken and it was a very hot weekend. This made being in or trying to sleep very uncomfortable. Staff did provide a fan but this just circulated the hot air
