The bar was good , rooms were clean , good location and had easy parking but there is a fee of (£18) the pool, spa and gym also looked good but didn’t have time to use as only did one night.
The air conditioning was rubbish! We had to call someone to come up to the room as it felt like a sauna, they said it should be better after they played about with it but then I woke up around 4am sweating. We then had to call them again to try and sort it so I could get some sleep but it still wasn’t any better. I’m surprised they didn’t offer us a different room to stay in, they were very apologetic tho and maybe everyone was using it as it was a hot day and could have affected it.

I love this hotel and have used it a few times.
The air con in our room was broken. It was a very hot night, as windows also don’t open and the hotel had no fans we couldn’t stay cool so had a very bad night only managing a couple hours sleep.

The property itself was nice and good location
However the AC was broken and the room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy to the point where it was hard to be in there never mind sleep. They did give us a fan but that was respectfully no use as it is blowing around warm air.

Really hot room, dull lighting, no fan in the room, AC unit in room not working, cant open windows, fridge very water, no hot chocolate, no biscuits, this is suppose to be a 4 star hotel. No clear indication of lifts to reception and lifts to room from car park. Small bathroom and again really hot and no air - do not stay in room 633 if you need air - this room was horrendous! room service food menu was rubbish and super expensive - Carpaccio pineapple with coconut ice cream - is basically 3 thin slices of pineapple with a scoop of coconut ice cream and this was £8!
Good location for access to town centre
On arrival I had received an email regarding my request for an upgrade to a premium room that was confirmed through email. This was not granted on arrival which was misleading. I was placed in a room on the 3rd floor where air conditioning was not turning on at all, after having waited 20 mins for a member of staff to assess the situation. I was moved to another room on the 7th floor where air conditioning was faulty, practically not functioning. This meant the temperatures of the room were excessive. Upon requesting a fan the staff said they could not provide one for me and to resort to hydration. However the bottle of water in the mini fridge is £10? Unable to provide a sustainable environment for clients and ask to charge them for water ? Bins in the room and bathroom were not cleaned, finally a shower that could not function to great capacity. Although the staff was very apologetic, there was no resolution. This made it uncomfortable and unbearable to sleep in and did not enjoy my stay at all.
