Ottima camera affacciata sul mare
Pros:

La struttura è molto carina, avevamo scelto una camera con angolo cottura, veramente molto comodo. Affacciata sul mare e sulla piscina.
È presente un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene per pranzo.

Cons:

Unico neo, il mare in questo punto non è caraibico, ma molto posso e non pulitissimo purtroppo. Le piscine un po' datate

Everything about the hotel was comfy - staff, location, room, the surroundings Great value for money.

Cons:

There are a limited number of parking spots, so not always guaranteed a spot on the compound. There is a car park opposite that can be used if needed.
The pools close at 7pm, which i think is a bit early.

mi habitacion la puerta estaba rota me quede encerrada,la 1ra vez q no podia abrir la receptionist mando un hombre q de muy pocas ganas fue y abrio con un cuchillo de la propia cosina,cuchillo q tenia q poner dentro y fuera para abrir room 304,la comida del restaurante es pesina de lo peor, el personal lo maximo en la atencion

C'était un séjour suite à l'annulation de mon vol, donc non prévu et j'ai été extrêmement bien reçue

Pros:

Vista dalla camera. Presenza di angolo cottura. Disponibilità teli mare. Piscine pulite. Posizione proprio sul mare (ma mare mosso e alghe) e vicino a fermata del bus, Starbucks, negozi, ristoranti.

Cons:

Struttura vecchia. Ristorante chiuso. Zone comuni non pulite, palestra minuscola

I specifically booked a room for 1 adult and 2 kids (16 and 11), got a “studio” with 2 small single beds which looked nothing like photos on Booking.com, grotty and run down. When I asked for an extra bed, staff demanded I pay extra (and blamed Booking.com for misinformation which is nonsense). Out of principle I refused and at least we got the money back and went somewhere else.
They also “helped” to arrange the airport transfer which was double the normal price for a taxi on this distance.

Lovely place to stay and enjoy the ocean
Pros:

I was on the top floor and my view was amazing opened the doors and felt like i was in the sea. I liked that there are two pools to choose from and that there are gardens so you dont just have to lay by the pool.

Cons:

The hot water could have been better. The shower glass was not big enough for the shower.

Pros:

I liked the amenities and the closeness of the location to the beach and town. The daily housekeeping was awesome. The staff was very helpful and warm. The cost was worth every cent spent. Overall the experience was a really good one. I would choose it again

Tge staff were very friendly

Cons:

It was filthy unclean .sheets weren't changed bedbugs room not cleaned properly everyday towels were beyond rotten my son came home with a skin condition after staying here due to poor hygiene

Amazing stay
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were all AMAZING!! I stayed here for 9 days with my 3 year old twins and every staff member went above and beyond ... always saying hello and checking on my girls, very attentive and I couldn't have asked more. The ladies that work here are an absolute credit to the hotel and I can't thank them enough x
