Vernieuwde kamer Locatie en mannen van de bar waren vriendelijk

Restaurant was echt niet goed , ondermaats
En om 17 uur aan de kamer komen en nog niets gedaan, de dag nadien moesten we weg en wilde dus vroeg gaan slapen. Pfff

Pros:

Localización y relación calidad-precio. Mencionar el desayuno, justo pero cubriendo las necesidades y de muy buena calidad

Cons:

El personal de limpieza era muy lento. A las 8:30am pedí que limpiaran la habitación diciendo que volveríamos sobre las 12:00, cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba hecha, tuvimos que reclamar (en recepción ya habían avisado al servicio de limpieza por la mañana cuando se les pidió) y tardaron casi una hora y media en tenerla lista

Un séjour désagréable à ne pas renouveler.
Pros:

La réactivité de certains membres du staff qui ont rattrapé un peu mon accueil désastreux opéré par une certaine Jeanne.

Cons:

L’accueil était catastrophique, on m’a attribué une chambre avec de la poussière, un ventilateur qui faisait un bruit m’empêchant de dormir, on m’a fait payer une caution de 250€ quasiment le même prix que j’ai payé pour le séjour. Une certaine Jeanne désagréable du début à la fin de mon séjour. Une autre collègue m’a changé de chambre heureusement sinon j’aurais quitté l’hôtel.
Impossibilité de me restaurer car leur restaurant snacking est fermé à midi, j’ai été à côté Companile pour pouvoir manger.
