Friendly efficient staff and the suite has a separate room with a sofa bed for our teenager. This type of room is very limited in Glasgow. For our family this is perfect in terms of quality and safety.
Loved the view of the river Clyde & that the use of the sauna, steam room, gym & swimming pool were included in the price
The bed wasn't very comfortable but we coped as it was just a one night stay

Tired room with holes in the carpet, scratches and marks on the furniture, really poor choice of Tv channels, no working fridge in the room, air conditioning that was noisy and ineffective.

Nothing except first time with lounge access but canapies were good first night then it was chorizo and spicy mince which I don’t like more variety would be nice otherwise all good

One lift out of order, causing ordercrowding and delays.
This is now 3 years that I have been visiting this fabulous Hotel … it is great location with easy access to city centre and trendy Finnieston where you will find restaurants and bars within walking distance of course that is if you can resist the Sunday Roast which is a belt buster with the large portions but deliciously devoured and staff very friendly and welcoming especially as I have known them now a long time … I always pay extra to get a room with a view and it certainly is a view and lounge access… 🍷 the nibbles are plentiful the only thing I would like is maybe a cider option ? .. the room is very comfortable and well maintained… Breakfast is a large area so a pleasant open aspect and plenty of choice and staff very attentive and always met with a cuddle especially Mandy … from the minute I arrive with my Mum the experience from the Reception staff and the lovely Concierge I just look forward to my next visit .. Thank you Crowne Plaza for making my Mum and I enjoy our weekend again xx Amanda and Jean

Location and view
The room was covered in dust, I tried to order room service and told that only the items with 24 next to them was available (these icons are tiny and impossible to read) accessibility is a law not an option, I have a copy of the menu. I was told that you cannot guarantee gluten free options. I had to order in food.
The reception told me that they can guarantee gf options….
The air conditioner doesn’t work properly, it didn’t get cool
