Pros:

Good staff and location

Cons:

The premium super king wasn't a king size bed it was just two beds pushed together and suppose to be on a high floor we were on floor 6 out of 20 odd so quite disappointed

The lifts are a little annoying but they are clearly working on this so not a problem for long.

Great location, time for a refurbishment
Pros:

Location was great for our purpose, it was clean and the breakfast was excellent views out the window

Cons:

The room was tired, wardrobe doors scraping, lights in wardrobe not working, only 1 hook to hang a towel in the bathroom for 2 people to use

Great location for overnight stay when attending event in SEC, Hydro or Armadillo

Lovely staff, fabulous location, car park right next to hotel, good breakfast

Cons:

Only offered a buffet evening meal which was cold. Bar service slow. Room and bathroom were a bit tired and corner of ceiling stained.

I had executive room with lounge access but was unable to use happy hour as I had a concert the lounge should maybe be available earlier from 5 i feel missed out
