Fantastic staff. Friendly. Welcoming. Clean. Loved the pool and the cocktails. Thank you everyone
Pros:

Breakfast was good for a gluten free vegetarian which was great. And meat for those who choose. Relaxed bright environment.

Cons:

Just the noisy lifts but to be fair these are been refitted and we were aware of this before travel and confirming booking so really not a complaint.

Might risk it again as everyone can improve but for the price expected more.
Pros:

Location. Suite was well laid out and excellent as we had a little one with us so could separate the rooms. Pool was lovely and quiet. Food tasted good. Bar was good.

Cons:

Dinner service overall was very poor, didn’t try it again. Had no lights working in our living room in the suite. Stained carpets. Lifts were a nightmare.

Go but avoid the filthy pool!

Room was lovely, bar area really nice too.

Cons:

Pool area is a filthy health hazard, totally avoid. Did report our concerns but it was no surprise to the staff.

Nice room, very comfortable.

Cons:

Like the majority of UK hotels, the menu is not great for foreign tourists. Fish and chips, cheesy pastas, pizzas not a great choice.
