Pros:

It was a very comfortable convenient hotel.
Decor was interesting and inviting. Room had a lovely view of the Clyde!
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Staff were pleasant.
It was a perfection location for access to most everything in the area.

Cons:

The elevator was being renovated which made the public area bit noisy.

Pros:

Hotel is very nice and modern with excellent facilities.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was directly next to the lifts and the squealing noise continued all night and was so loud we had very little sleep.
Real pity because I have stayed several times and never experienced any problems.

Bar prices a bit high.

Pros:

Great hotel, with friendly staff, breakfast was really good. Nice rooms and comfortable bed. Has a lobely pool and great location for the Hydro or SEC. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.

Pros:

The hotel has a high standard with good restaurant and swimming pool. The location is ideal for the exhibition centre and science park. Easily reached 5min by train and good value compared with a city centre hotel.

Cons:

It was hot weather and the room was stuffy, the air conditioner just appeared to be a noisy fan with no cooling effect.

The hotel did not live up to expectations and we were disappointed.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent.
The air conditioning was effective.

Cons:

The leisure facilities were not available for the majority of our stay. This was done at very short notice and we were only informed of the unavailability of the leisure facilities on Saturday and Sunday when we checked in on Friday. We could see on Saturday that the leisure facilities were being decorated, perhaps in advance of the start of the Commonwealth Games. The higher price we paid for our stay would have partly been due to having these leisure facilities.

We stayed Friday until Sunday and our room was not properly serviced on Saturday. We were only given one bath towel and one hand towel on Saturday. We only noticed this omission on Sunday morning following a shower. The coffee, tea and milk was not replenished on Saturday.

The lighting in our room was poor and the power sockets were not suitably placed.

Cons:

Slechte airco’s op heel veel kamers doen ze het niet. Personeel deed er alles aan om een geschikte kamer te vinden. 1e etage stinkt echt enorm op de kamers

Lovely stay
Pros:

Had a lovely sleep in a comfy bed. We had a gorgeous breakfast and staff at breakfast were amazing and very attentive. Lovely room and beautiful views of the Clyde.

Room was dusty unfortunately and check out was queued up to the elevators in 2 separate lines with only one member of staff behind reception so wasn’t the best end to our stay as was quite a wait.
