We had an enjoyable stay in Harrogate, but the extra touches mentioned would have made it great.
Pros:

View, the fridge, the bath and a very comfortable bed. The room had air con. Safe parking for the car, the lifts made access easy.

Cons:

What was the netting over the windows for? The carpets needed replaced. The staff on reception didnt offer any information about Harrogate, we didnt realise there was a city map until check out! Weak shower water pressure and the position of the soap dispensers if you were using the bath!
