Our stay at the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful , We stayed two nights and would stay again with this hotel , overall we can say with certainty that it matched all of our expectations .
Great centrally located place. Very helpful and attentive staff. Thoroughly recommended 👌
Friendly easy check in, comfortable clean room.
Wasn’t the best view from the room and was a net over the window stopping you from opening it was a shame but assume there was a reason for it. Being over fans/ extraction units
Great location & very clean
Very expensive bar area
Stayed in a suite and room was lovely it was extremely clean and comfortable. Housekeeping and reception were all lovely friendly and helpful. Would of been 5 stars if not for rude restaurant manager or supervisor. We had phoned up from our room and booked a table for 7 o'clock that night. Went to restaurant just before 7 and the person in charge came over to where we were waiting to be seated and glared at us no hello or anything. My husband said hi we ve booked a table for 7 o'clock.Reply was I don't think you have sir. We said yes we booked maybe it's under our room number and gave that. He said no you haven't you must have made a mistake and shoved his handheld in front of my husband's face to prove the point. We explained again that we had phoned and asked for table for tonight. He tutted and said well we are full. Sighed and said he could try and squeeze us in about 8.15 I suppose. We decided not to bother which is a shame as food was lovely last time we stayed. I get mistakes happen and if he had said sorry there's been a mix up somewhere we would have understood but his attitude was awful.
General facilities food and breakfast.
Walls 'too thin' late noise from adjacent room.
Car park tight. Many spaces too small for modern cars and thus not used. . While I found one of two ev chargers someone later parked in the other (not an ev) maybe because of above issue. Recommend remarking the carpark.
Excellent location and very clean
Nothing
Having stayed here before numerous time we knew we were fairly central, parking available
We had numerous issues this time - which resulted in - courtesy drinks at the bar on arrival, the pillows were hard , you could here the next rooms toileting, breakfast was awful (another guest also found it inedible) staff were very helpful on the front desk - not sure we will stay here again - very disappointed
Only stayed the one night this year. Got an upgrade so happy with that.
The club lounge area is amazing and nice to be able to get a free coffee or soft drink anytime, highly recommend this.
Our room was clean and we had a view over Harrogate shame about the scaffolding thought it seems to have been up for years now.
Breakfast the next morning was good, although it wasn’t busy as we’d got in early there wasn’t any plates and when I asked for poached eggs I was told that they were on the hot food area which in all fairness they were but when I got back to my table they were cold, so probably wouldn’t bother with them again.
The car park is under the hotel but the spaces are very tight.
Parking. Location.
Hotel was rather dark.
Second visit to the hotel and all very clean and nice - hotel lots of parking when arrived at 3pm.
The pillows are so hard, it was like sleeping on a brick - the hot drinks for breakfast are lukewarm not ideal at all
Just some minor touches to get it right
