Could've been better
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous, the location was great and the staff were great.

Cons:

The pillow case on the bed eas dirty i had to request a clean one. The windows were dirty and it was hard to see through. The car parking was ridiculously small and hard to get in and out of and WAY over priced!!!

Excellent stay, great location and value for money

Pros:

Fantastic and friendly staff. Room serviced and cleaned every day. Any requests were accommodated.

Cons:

The outdoor spa pool temperature was only 33-34 degrees (which was way too low for an enjoyable spa, especially out of the summer season). Every night of our week-long stay we had to ask staff to raise the temperature. The maintenance manager informed staff it should only be set to a maximum of 37 degrees. Also the coffee machine in the Bistro was often out of order.

Pros:

I loved that breakfast!! It was big and delicious with great variety

Liked that the tb had chrome cast

Cons:

The gym was small and had one treadmill out of action, leaving only one left

Also the bathroom needs steam exhaust fan and better water drainage from the shower

Also the bed moved on the wheels, felt like the brakes were off
