Forgettable
Pros:

The lady at the desk when I checked in was delightful and very helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean! There was what looked to be blood or sauce splotched over the ceiling in one area and behind the TV. The TV wouldnt cast at all . The lady when I checked out at the desk was abrupt, rude and not helpful.

The location was good. Walking distance to many good eateries.
Spacious room, comfortable mattress.
The shower gels and shampoo had really nice scents.
Staff are courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom did not have a fan / vent.
Friday nights can be a bit noisy

Good value for money and convenient location but car parking needs improving
Pros:

The location was excellent for Leigh St dining and an illuminated show in light square

Cons:

The car par was too tight and crowded with people parking in places that weren’t spots making it almost impossible to get out and damaging the car. Very noisy neighbours slammed their door multiple times late at night on both evenings 😡

My stay was brief only having one night . If I stay again I will ask about the bathroom setup ..
