For a grand hotel its a little tired looking
The facilities especially, the pool was good.
The fan available was dusty and provided minimal relief from the heat during my night’s sleep as there was no air conditioning.
We had a wedding locally so it was perfect for our stay. Nice and clean, modern rooms, very helpful staff, on reception and in the bar and grill, especially the ladies helping with breakfast in the morning.

Location was brilliant for a 2 night stay in Cardiff, 1 minute from the M4.
Bar/restaurant was a good atmosphere with plenty of choice.
Weekday breakfast only served until 9 am.
the room was spacious and had everything I needed for a stay with two kids. Hotel staff were friendly and everything was easy to access.. bathroom was nice
my room wasn't really cleaned after the first night.. all they did was take out the rubbish.
