It's absurd. Whenever I'm in Dallas I stay in this place, some under my name and another under the company. Today we took the reservation early and the Driver arrived around 1pm. They told him that he had to pay 20 extra. How absurd considering that we are frequent customers and I explained to the one at the reception and he said that he was not going to do anything, that it is the company's policy. That of my company is that I will never support a business that does not value its customers.

I like the location and the price of the hotel. The hotel room is very spacious. The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. When I need a hotel at a good value for a quick trip I’d stay here again.
The continental breakfast was very basic but that’s didn’t bother me much. My room in particular was old and run down for instance the sink area was showing signs of wear and tear and so was the bathtub. The metal bar for the shower curtain and the shower head were rusted. The couch is very uncomfortable and hard.

Loved how pristine and orderly the room was. Perfect for a relaxing night.
I was only able to be at the front of the property, no one was there to register me , I call Custumer service, and they said someone will come down to check me in , I stood around the premises and no one showed up, I had a long day I was really tired from work stress at home and just wanted to get my room keys and Relax , but no that didn't happen , I requesting my money back .
