I recently organised a staff party for my company at Holiday Inn Shepperton and was truly impressed with the level of organisation and professionalism throughout. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the food to the overall setup, which made the event run seamlessly.
A special thank you to Melroy, the Operations Manager, who was incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the team were approachable, flexible, and easy to work with during the planning process.
I would highly recommend this venue for any corporate event or celebration!

Always a nice little getaway. Good value. Kraig & Alison friendly and helpful. Celine & ayra also great and accommodating. Missed tea from reception this time but she is also really helpful & accommodating and always smiling when we have previously visited.

Every little time spent here is worth it, I met 3 members of staff that are exceptional, Celine at the reception, Julie and Alison at the breakfast section, all this people made it worth coming back

Had a lovely stay here for a birthday treat from my daughter and her family from the moment I arrived I was spoiled rotten by celine on reception who went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay I wish we had more people like her thank you so much celine

​I find this hotel to be a real hidden gem. I was working near Heathrow Airport, which is only a short drive away, making this location incredibly convenient.
​The staff here are fantastic. The reception team is highly knowledgeable, and the restaurant and bar staff are very attentive. A special mention goes to Alison, who is incredibly welcoming in the morning—exactly the kind of positive start you need before a long workday!
​The only slight downside for me is the breakfast selection. I'm a big granola and yogurt fan; while they do offer it, the quality of the granola isn't great (though to be fair, I think that might be a broader IHG-wide issue rather than just this specific hotel).
​During my stay, I also appreciated receiving an invitation under my door to a business welcome meeting. The events manager was exceptionally welcoming and made a genuine effort to circulate and speak to absolutely everyone in attendance.
​I’d definitely stay here again for business

Everything would have been perfect at this hotel had we not had a heatwave.
The air conditioning unit was very poor. The heat hit us as soon as we entered the bedroom. We called reception and a maintainance man came up and assured us it was working. Its certainly not adequate. We were given a fan which helped but still uncomfortable and noisy.
Bed comfortable , tv channels great.
Breakfast outstanding
The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful
Staff. Big thanks to ALISON for all her help. She is such a lovely kind person. We shall return in cooler months.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Mr. Waleed for his kindness, warm welcome, and outstanding service. He made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as it was part of a package to go to Wimbledon.
We paid for an extra night as we left Wimbledon late and didn’t want a long trip home .

On arrival at the on hotel which was on Thursday . We were getting by the receptionist who check us in . Everything went smoothly until we got to our room.

With the heat wave and temperature was 31 outside we expected our room to be cool with air con .

The room smelt damp & the bathroom door was damaged so unable to close the door at all.

I tried to see if the air was on the wrong setting on the thermostat on the wall, but I could see maybe it was faulty. We decided to go down to reception to see if we could move rooms . The receptionist advised us that the hotel was full & could move us the following day . They gave us a fan for the room which wasn’t ideal & so we had a sleepless night.

The following morning , we managed to get another room , but had to move all of our stuff to the new room before we went on our trip to Wimbledon. I feel the staff could have helped further with helping us move our cases . The reception team needs to have more staff on . We noticed that they have one extremely helpful receptionist Ayra) , who tried her best to help us & the other receptionist was the polar opposite of being helpful, in fact came across rude and aggressive towards us and other customers.

The bar . We went to the bar for some drinks . The chap behind the bar did not know how to make one of the cocktails and so asked someone else to do this . This caused a big queue in the end behind us.
We were given dirty glasses on more than one occasion during our stay .

The toilets by the restaurant are the dirtiest restrooms I’ve seen in a hotel for a long time . Hand towels all over the floor & the floor in general looked dirty. No toilet paper in the cubicle & Not services or monitored daily which should be.

The swimming pool - we went for a swim on our first day of arrival . The changing rooms were dirty . The reception staff in the gym were rude and not welcoming. She had her back to us , and when asking her if we needed to sign in she never turned around to look at us . The ladies attitude was none customer service !

We have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before & with our first impressions & experience will be the last .

We stayed as a family with our children and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone made us feel so welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

celine , Hassan and Ishail were kind and helpful, they helped us a lot and welcome us with warm heart especially after the nightmare night we spent (as we AC was not working in our room and there were no air to breath and also we had bothered by opposite room guys knocking our door agressively at late night and run away as there is no CCTV camera in the corridors !!)

I've been staying at the hotel for an extended period and have had a fantastic experience throughout.

Stayed for one night, lovely welcome by reception and a good room. Had dinner there and it was good too, breakfast was also worth while. The ladies on duty as you went into the restaurant for breakfast were absolutely lovely very welcoming and friendly.
