A disappointing stay and we expected better hospitality from the hotel that led us to check out early despite later effo
Pros:

The hotel has a good location and the staff later offered reimbursement and options after the issue was raised.

Cons:

At approximately 4:00 a.m., we woke up with significant itching and skin reactions and noticed marks/spots on the bedding, which caused concern and led us to contact staff during the night.

We documented both the bedding condition which show that were bed bugs in the bedding and the skin reactions were caused by the bugs. We have photographs and later visited a pharmacy where treatment was provided, including medication and disinfectant spray.

Although solutions were later proposed, including a room change later in the day and reimbursement for shortening our stay, the experience had already affected our comfort and confidence in continuing the stay.

Très déçu de l’hôtel et des prestations .
Pros:

Le petit déjeuné était très copieux et varié , les serveuses à l’écoute .
Les voituriers étaient très gentils et professionnel .

Cons:

L’accueil est très médiocre , hôtesse pas du tout professionnelle , tarifs très excessifs en ce qui concerne la location de matelas , sinon impossible de rester près de la piscine .
Plage privée sale , chambre assez vieillotte , et mal insonorisée , canapé d’appoint sale, cheveux sur le lampadaire , draps de bébé sales.
