When booking the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate the reservation will include GBP 32.50 per person per day to spend on food in the restaurant. For the comfort of guests, please be advised that children aged 10 years and under may not dine in The Brasserie after 18:00 each evening. Families with children are welcome to eat in Gershwin’s Bar each evening and to select from either Gershwin’s bar menu or the Brasserie menu.
Please note that the card used for booking will be pre-authorized for GBP 1 prior to arrival. This is applicable for all reservations including guests paying with cash.
The hotel requires at least one guest in each bedroom to be aged 18 years and above and reserves the right to ask guests for valid photo ID. A maximum of two guests are permitted to occupy any one bedroom. Any stay proposed for longer than 28 consecutive nights will automatically terminate after 28 days and will need to be rebooked with the hotel as a new booking.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Very clean spa area. The 55 min full body massage by Kinga was SO relaxing and precise at the same time. Will definitely visit this place again.

badkamer met defecte douche. Hotel kenmerkt zich door enge gangen en veel trappen. onze kamer was. niet bereikbaar met de lift waardoor we de koffers te trap op moesten slepen. Geen hulp van personeel.

#whilst a perfect room, I felt the Air Conditioning unit did not cool the room down sufficiently. It seemed much warmer than the indicated 18c even with the stand alone fan on

You had to pay to park at hotel. The breakfast area was unclean and dirty dishes left. Food service for dinner not professional.

Nice decoration in the open areas of public
Not so clean, very dusty, not friendly receptionist, bar menu is extremely limited and not much space to sit and have dinner outside of restaurant area. Food was good in restaurant, and restaurant staff friendly. spa area really small and the swimming pool is tiny, again the jaccuzzi area is not clean, grit everywhere, shower areas dirty. Its an expensive hotel for how dirty it is.
Staff were helpful and pleasant, if a little chaotic in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were fine.
We found the lack of ceiling lighting in the main part of the bedroom very dark and dismal. The spa whilst nice at first sight was pretty dingy on closer inspection and could have been a lot cleaner - no-one wants a grubby spa.
Nice big hotel, spa, gym. Good location although not in the city centre, but 15 minutes by foot.
