A lot of money for basic amenities
Pros:

Courtyard in the lobby was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Felt clean

Cons:

Pool is small and not really suited for adults. Breakfast coffee is really bad. Lobby coffee is better but they dont have milk or cream available, just whitener. Room was basic. Bathroom was too small and awkward. Shower was low pressure. Breakfast was mediocre at best
No rollaway beds available. Warning - pullout couch is a single, not a double. Area isnt great to walk around. There are convenience stores within 10 min walk, but it isnt pleasant.
Elementary school across the street has a playground and field if you have kids to exercise
