Niekompetentna obsługa i kradzież 245 euro z tytułu rzekomo nieopłaconego pokoju który był używany i zarezerwowany przez innego gościa hotelowego. Sam fakt że inny gość hotelowy jest osobą którą znam nie znaczy że mam pokrywać jego rachunki ani wyjaśniać spory z nim związane. Ostatecznie okazało się że wszystko jest zapłacone a to hotel ma bałagan w rozliczeniach. Mimo to bezprawnie hotel pobrał z mojej karty należność za pokój innego gościa na podstawie faktu że go znam! Absurd i brak profesjonalizmu. Żeby tego było mało inni goście hotelowi których znam również zostali obciążeni ponad 300 euro za „zamówienia na pokój”, których nie było w rzeczywistości. Na pytanie o wykaz zamówień/zakupów recepcjonista odpowiedział że nim nie dysponuje i siłą pobrał należność. Jak się później okazało również błędnie. Nie polecam. Omijać szerokim łukiem, brak profesjonalizmu i bezprawne pobieranie pieniędzy z kont gości.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede kamer, bereikbaarheid uitstekend. Goed bed, aircowerkte ook al prima.

Cons:

De douche was in een bad met hoge instap, zonder handgrepen.
Ik zou liever een inloopdouche gehad hebben.

De locatie die dichtbij was voor mijn werk. Personeel was aardig. Parkeergarage onder gebouw. Genoten van het seizoensgerecht mosselen, maar zeer kleine mosselen en kleine hoeveelheid.

Cons:

Kamer was vrij kaal en ongezellig, net zoals de inkomhal. Voelde niet erg uitnodigend aan. Opfrissing van interieur nodig. Geen kleine toiletartikelen op de kamer aanwezig. Erg kleine tv met geen ondersteuning voor apps. Papieren bekers ipv glas, papieren placemats,... Het voelde niet aan als een 4 sterren hotel. Heb al in veel mooiere hotels overnacht voor een gunstigere prijs.
