Pros:

Good, comfortable underground parking, but be careful, if you have SUV - height up to 185 cm.
Room is very clean, good air condition, good sound proofing.
Lidl grocery shop - 50 meters from hotel.
You can rent a bicycle. Bus stop - 30 m from entrance, but bus ride will take about 25 minutes to Utrecht city center,

Cons:

For European 4-stars - very basic.
Located in the middle of nowhere.
Mattresses - unacceptable soft, i think just very-very old.
No any bathrobes or slippers, and floor is very unpleasant.
They use plastic/carton glasses for tea/coffee.
Water in shower little warm, not hot, they try to save costs )))
From my point of view: overpriced hotel.

Zeer gewoon, niet als bijzonder ervaren

Cons:

2e Pinksterdag het ontbijt maar tot 10.00. We kwamen om 9.45 en toen werd al duidelijk gemaakt dat ze maar tot 10 uur toegankelijk waren. Er zaten nog meer mensen, maar om 10.03 was alles opgeruimd en konden we niets meer krijgen. We werden als het ware weggekeken, dat ervaarden we niet als erg klantvriendelijk.

Top Mitarbeiter. Sehr bequeme Betten. Komfortabel Lage
Pros:

Super freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Flexibel und zugewandt. Bett ist mega bequem. Tolle Lage zur Ajax Arena Amsterdam und um Utrecht zu besuchen. Parkhaus inklusive.

Cons:

In der Dusche waren die Ecken etwas angeschimmelt. Sonst sauber.

Parkplatz, Mittagsbuffet, Personal, Zimmer, Kaffeekapseln und Tee im Zimmer (Pappbecher nicht zeitgemäß und kein Löffel), Bett bequem und groß

Cons:

Spiegel im Badezimmer durch Wasser beschädigt, Spiegel im Zimmer großer Riss, Fitnessraum ist beim Pool mit vier uralten billigen Ausdauergeräten -> absolut null Sterne dafür. Der Pool ist ok, aber das ist sehr ungemütlich so im Untergeschoss. Für so ein Hotel darf es einen vernünftigen Fitnessraum in einem extra Raum geben. Nicht groß, aber Vernünftiges Equipment, um trainieren zu können. Für 3-5.000€ ist das machbar. Komme aus der Branche. Alleine als Frau fand ich es da im U1 unangenehm
