The room was dirty, the security lock across the room would open with the door. Did not stay the night.
I came to the area to work on our vacation rental (Gatlinburg Landing) which was already booked so I had to found other accommodations and I specifically looked for budget options. Two things stand out to me for this hotel - the very inexpensive price and the location to downtown Gatlinburg. It is the closest hotel on Airport Rd to the strip, right next to two paid parking lots. For the amount paid per night, hands down a very great place. Guests need to remember that "you can't have it all" if you are paying for a cheap place to stay. But for a solo trip and being able to walk to the strip daily, this couldn't be beat. Room 210 was assigned to me and it had a work desk for me to work remotely while onsite and a small mini fridge for keeping some of my food cool. There were some breakfast options - pre-made pancakes is all I had the first night and opted to not eat breakfast the other three nights.
Again, come to this hotel knowing it is not a resort. I personally had zero issues with the hotel because I knew it was not going to be pristine. Yes, the room was not absolutely clean but it met my expectations. They do provide coffee all day long - but I couldn't even drink the first cup. Just opted to have no coffee for my four day trip after that. I definitely heard guests talking down the hallway and closing/opening their doors and some TV noise/guests in adjacent rooms.
Location was good, walking distance
Rooms was alittle small, needs coffee pot,
The location was great
Could definitely be cleaner
It had an elevator what
Continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast means scrambled eggs biscuit and gravy waffles pancakes the works your facility had rubbery pancakes and that's pretty much it and a Little Debbie snack cakes come on give me a break! The parking was horrible the room was so small you couldn't walk around the room was dirty the bathroom was dirty I don't have one good thing to say about this facility except for it had elevators and they smelled real bad . The staff you couldn't even understand because they wouldn't from America and they were rude

Cheap, nasty, just a terrible place to stay.
The location and the staff
We was on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people on the 3rd floor above us walking and moving around. It was really loud.
