Pros:

Location to the Strip was perfect. The upgrade to the Suite was worth every dime, the extra room with the couch was a great addition for our extended stay.

I was charged at the hotel as well as booking.com. When I caught it, there was no issue reversing g
The payment to my credit card, however I did loose money with exchange rate through my bank. Therefor their mistake cost me $50.

Pros:

It was in a great location (easy to walk anywhere in Gatlinburg downtown area). Had new carpet in the room and hallway.

Cons:

Bathtub had a hole in the side, bathroom door had a hole, towel rack was loose, refrigerator cabinet was messed up and the front panel kept falling off the heating and air unit.

Pretty pleasant, solid as an affordable, quiet place to sleep.
Pros:

Affordable, cozy, clean, good location near Gatlinburg.

Cons:

A bit challenging to park and find a spot, also pulling in and out of the parking lot.

Breakfast was fine, but a bit disappointing. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage.

Beware of Bed bugs!

I liked being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg

Cons:

At check in the clerk didn’t provide any info about breakfast times, he was rushing & unfriendly. The first night I got several bites, the second day I went back to the room for a nap before going out for the evening, I felt more bites. I began looking for what it could be and found a live bed bug, & 5-6 dead ones. I managed to catch the live one in a piece of plastic wrap. I called booking for assistance because I had used them to secure the room. They called the hotel for me and indicated that the remaining two nights would be refunded. They also said that the property was so sorry that this had happened. I got a video recording of the bedbug crawling across the bed. I even used image identification software to confirm that that’s what it was. I hurried up and packed my things and took the key to the front desk. I asked the clerk if she needed anything from me besides the keys, she indicated that she wanted to see my proof. I showed her & the manager the video. They both said it was an ant. I told them about the one in the plastic, which I left in the room. They were not at all apologetic they suggested I was wrong. I had numerous bites as well.

Loved how close it was to everything

Cons:

The only issue we had was with the ac unit wasn’t that on so it was hot in the room and we had an issue with it staying on at first but when we contacted the front he was very quick to come to the room and help! Very nice people
