Pros:

Location is amazing. Free parking. Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

There was a kitchen faucet in the bathroom... Very large faucet that was at the edge of the sink. Impossible to wash your face in. Got toothpaste on it when brushing teeth. Just weird.

AC worked great but was really loud.

We had another lovely stay; this is our go-to when staying in downtown Asheville!
Pros:

Location is great, comfortable, friendly staff, easily walkable to downtown and includes parking.

Cons:

A bit dated and could use some facilities improvements but still a comfortable stay.

Good budget option on edge of downtown Asheville.
Pros:

This is a budget hotels on the edge of downtown Asheville, with abundant parking, and a very short walk to downtown.
Breakfast is great value if included as part of your booking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is getting older. Travelling as a family group, we had to ask for our rooms to be changed, as the keycard/lock on one didn’t work, and our other room smelt of tobacco smoke (though smoking’s not allowed). But the staff were very accommodating, and found us two alternative, adjacent rooms which were clean and comfortable.
