Pros:

Great location, staff are wonderful.

Cons:

Fairly noisy due to thin walls. Toilet also refills itself randomly which is very loud

Good location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

Check in was quick and friendly. Location was close to highway and walkable to downtown. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, not a buffet, serviced with a waiter and menu, delicious omelette.

Cons:

Swimming pool was closed during our stay, slightly disappointed.

Excellent value, we will be returning!
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and parking was not an issue at all. The front desk staff was very friendly and the location is perfect, just on the edge of downtown.

Sheraton Four Points was a great place to stay for my week in Asheville. Location can not be beat. Room was large, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good off the menu and at the buffet. Oddly, listing on booking did not mention use privilege at YMCA across the street nor did the desk clerk who checked me in.

Do not stay here
Pros:

Never stay here!! My room door didn’t lock, room service never came to make my room. The staff was not very helpful and just shrugged their shoulders and said there’s nothing they can do. I felt very unsafe in my room with a broken lock and could not change hotels because it was graduation weekend. Stay somewhere else please
