A great choice for a hotel.
Pros:

We had another lovely stay; this is our go-to when staying in downtown Asheville!
Pros:

Location is great, comfortable, friendly staff, easily walkable to downtown and includes parking.

Cons:

Good budget option on edge of downtown Asheville.
Pros:

This is a budget hotels on the edge of downtown Asheville, with abundant parking, and a very short walk to downtown.
Breakfast is great value if included as part of your booking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is getting older. Travelling as a family group, we had to ask for our rooms to be changed, as the keycard/lock on one didn’t work, and our other room smelt of tobacco smoke (though smoking’s not allowed). But the staff were very accommodating, and found us two alternative, adjacent rooms which were clean and comfortable.

A great place to stay in Asheville.
Pros:

Great location and value, coffee bar in the morning, nice pool if you like that, well stocked bathrooms, free parking! You can walk to City bakery AND downtown easily.

Pros:

I have stayed here many times over the years after several days I had checked out of another property and had planned to go home

Thought I’d check their price and found a great offer! Especially after the yoga festival event weekend prices

Friendly, helpful staff tasty breakfast. Great Wi-Fi room was clean in good repair.

Downtown, quiet I’ll come back again
