The staff is so friendly and helpful and the downtown location is awesome!

I’ve stayed here four times since my daughter is at UNCA, and I’m very happy with the property. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the downtown location is awesome!

Pros:

The location is really good. You can walk a few hundred yards and find shops, bars, live music and all sorts - I loved the town. The room wasn't the best one I stayed at on my tour but wasn't bad by any means - clean and adequately equipped with nice big bed. Just maybe a little tired compared to some of the hotels I stayed at but still really nice.

Cons:

Was a little pricey at that time for the room you get but everywhere in town was at that time. Location is great though

Great value and location a few walking minutes from downtown.

Good location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

Check in was quick and friendly. Location was close to highway and walkable to downtown. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, not a buffet, serviced with a waiter and menu, delicious omelette.

Cons:

Swimming pool was closed during our stay, slightly disappointed.
