Great hotel

Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, just minutes away from San Marco Square, making it so easy to explore Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and approachable throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. Everything about our experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

One of the best hotel I’ve been to as far as value. The staff was genuinely kind.

It was historical yet very comfortable and convenient. Location was excellent. The staff went beyond they were great. We will surely go back there.

Excellent séjour dans un endroit de charme.
Pros:

Personnel de très grande qualité, très professionnel et très aimable. Les chambres sont très agréables et il règne dans l'hôtel une atmosphère de grande sérénité. Il convient d'ajouter que le restaurant de l'hôtel est gastronomique et propose des plats délicieux dans un endroit de charme.

Pros:

Отель прекрасно расположен. Очень приветливый персонал. Номер большой - 2 комнаты и 2 раздельных санузла. Отличный завтрак. Внимание со стороны отеля - у мужа был день рождения и в комнате нас ожидало шампанское и большая скидка в ресторане отеля. Отель организует трансфер на остров Мурано и обратно.

Pros:

accueil très chaleureux, chambres spacieuses, emplacement près de la place St Marc, attention délicate pour l'anniversaire de mon fils, une bouteille de Prosecco offerte, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, personnel attentionné, rien à redire, nous reviendrons!

Very enjoyable and will use again.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. Also at breakfast thought the staff were super good. The breakfast itself was fantastic. Teh location was perfect - and it being Venice, the streets go naturally quiet early so no issues with any noise.

The perfect place to celebrate my 30th Anniversary with my Wife and Kids
Pros:

The Location was excellent, especially being able to step on and off a private water taxi from the hotel. The rooms were fabulous, the breakfast was delicious, the bar was atmospheric, the cocktails were epic, the steam and jacuzzi was tranquil, the roof top terrace had the perfect sunset chill, the restaurant in the garden courtyard was classy, but most of all the hotel staff were quality.

Cons:

Nothing about this Hotel to dislike.
