Good location, great staff , nice hotel.
Pros:

Location - super, staff - super ! Our room was for family of 3 and it was big, the room had AC and for these hot summer days it was pleasant. The hotel had a rooftop that u can go up and have sunbath )))
i am satisfied and will come back again for sure.Grazie

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't lile that the hotel didn't provide bottled water for drink. Only in mini bar.

The location was great breakfast was exceptional. Water taxi from hotel to airport added bonus.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely as were the breakfast staff who went above and beyond to make sure you had every you needed constantly refilling the food trays.

Cons:

The shower was a hand shower and we struggled with it. Would have been better if it was fixed higher on the wall.

Качественный приятный отель близко к центру с отличными завтраками и дорогим, хоть и пожившим, интерьером
Pros:

Расположение очень удачное. С одной стороны торговая улочка с элитными магазинами, но при этом не очень шумная и перегруженная туристами, с обратной стороны небольшой канал. Сан Марко в нескольких минутах пешком.

Интерьер из дорогих и качественных материалов сделан, это заметно, но очень давно, стареет дорого, но выглядит слегка пожившим, есть ощущение необходимости реновации.
Завтраки отличные, вкусно и разнообразно для Европы, подают просекко, персонал ресторана вежливый и оперативный. Открытая терраса великолепна.

Cons:

Номера с видом на канал мы бы не рекомендовали, вид формальный исключительно, так как сам канал узкий, примыкает к стене отеля, из окон номера его по этой причине почти не видно, если только встанете вплотную к окну и прильнете носом к стеклу, увидите треть примерно от ширины канала). Переплачивать не за что, лучше брать с видом на торговую улочку. Персонал в ресторане отеля выше всяких похвал, а вот на reception и обслуживающий персонал, можно быть и более friendly. Чувствуется некий формализм, недостаток радушия и гостеприимства.

The staff (reception and restaurant) were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Nice location, beautiful building and comfortable rooms that have everything you need. Hard to believe you are only a 4 star hotel, because the service is definitely 5 stars.

Cons:

Weird smell that came from the balcony, but it didn’t bother us.

Has it all.
Pros:

2 American tourists. Location, staff, and cleanliness was fantastic. 5 min walk to Marco plaza and to the Vaporetto . Roof top lounge, great restaurant, and swanky bar all on site. I’d give it a 10, wife’s says a 9 so…

Cons:

Two twins pushed together and not a queen bed. That’s the American in us though.

Pros:

Otelin konumu harikaydı. Çok canlı bir alışveriş caddesindeydik ve heryere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz güleryüzlüydü. Giriş yaparken odamızı yükselttiklerini gördük , saray odasını andıran kocaman bir odada konakladık. Çok keyifli bir tatildi , tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyoruz.

As always one of the most price worth hotels in Venice I know I have been here so many times now.
Pros:

It was my 4th time at this hotel I really love the location and the staff is beyond amazing. It's great for getting to the Arsenale and Gairdini for the bieanale so central yet quiet. Breakfast and the breakfast room and staff is an amazing start to the day.

Cons:

Slept in a double bed that was two single beds put together I ended up in that middle creak not amazing for my back.

Lovely older hotel with character, very well located between San Marco and the Accademia, very friendly and helpful staff. Pickup from the airport was worth the money.

Delightful hotel; perfect location with a great breakfast and incredibly accommodating staff.
Pros:

Beautiful old building with perfectly appointed areas to rest while waiting for your turn to speak with the staff, who were most helpful and accommodating. We arrived late in the evening; most of Venice was closed for the night. The gentleman behind the check-in desk directed us to a nearby take-away pizza place. It was close to the hotel and was honestly some of the best pizza I have had.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful. This hotel was a lovely little affordable luxury. Location was convenient as well.

Cons:

Not a thing.
