Fantastic location, fantastic stay, reasonable size rooms.
Pros:

Excellent location. Their restaurant is fantastic. In addition to delicious food and outstanding presentation, knowing Simone de Beauvoir and Jean Sartre have been there was very special for me.

Pros:

I have been several times at the hotel already. Once again I spent great days at a family owned hotel with a great location close to San Marco place.
Staff is wonderful, breakfast is great.
Always my first choice for any Venice stay....

Cons:

Pros:

The hotel experience was overall great! The hotel was located in the historic center of Venice, was very clean and offered great food.

Cons:

Great hotel with convenient location
Pros:

Location is great, it’s very close to San Marco but still you don’t have huge crowds. Hotel feels somewhat historical, with a nice atmosphere. Rooms simple but good! Would easily stay there again

Fabulous hotel in a terrific location, would definitely return!!
Pros:

Very professional and helpful staff offered quick service and excellent recommendations. The history and legacy of this updated and comfortable building made our stay very comfortable and extra enjoyable. Mirko was especially helpful!
