Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Estacio de Franca, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Altstadt, der Hafen und mehrere Museen sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist auch sonst verkehrstechnisch gut erschlossen und eine Haltestelle der Stadtrundfahrt ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sehr sauber und klimatisiert.

Cons:

O quarto é bom, mas ficamos sem ar condicionado com um calor terrível! Só tinha ar condicionado na recepção, vários clientes foram para a recepção , pois era impossível ficar no quarto! Discuti com o supervisor do hotel! Impossível ser tratado assim! Me deram um ventilador para colocar no quarto e uma garrafa de agua! No dia seguinte me transferiram para um outro hotel da rede! Infelizmente nesse novo hotel meus dados vazaram na internet e tive problemas com o cartão de crédito! Enfim minha experiência não foi nada boa!

Cons:

We were contacted by scammers a few weeks before our holiday commenced. Our personal details had been accessed by the scammers and through Hotel Santa Marta. The scammers knew all our reservation details, which must not have been adequately protected. Whilst our stay was comfortable, we would not choose to stay here again, due to this incident, which caused us a lot of inconvenience as our bank cancelled our credit card, just before our holiday commenced.

Reception staff made our stay the best it could be. We got to stay in our room until our late ferry and felt very safe l
Pros:

Staff were absolutely amazing. The kindest and most welcoming reception staff I have ever had.

Cons:

Aircon was broken but was fixed as we were checking out. To compensate, they provided free breakfast each morning and a fan in the room. No complaints :)

Great location with friendly staff
Pros:

The location is amazing, it's very central and close to restaurants, beaches, shops and museums. The staff are super helpful and nice, everyone we interacted with was great. The room was a reasonable size, the two of us were very comfortable there. Everything felt clean and pretty new.

Cons:

The AC wasn't great, it was a little too warm in the rooms even with it going full blast, and the corridors were very warm. The beds weren't very comfortable, especially the pillows. The breakfast was only okay, I'm not sure I'd pay for it again, I think I'd have had better food if I had gone to a local café.

NOS COBRARON UNA NOCHE POR ADELANTADO TRES DIAS ANTES DE LLEGAR Y LUEGO AL INGRESAR NOS COBRARON LAS 4 NOCHES COMPLETAS!!! NOS COBRARON DE MAS. HASTA AHORA NO NOS DEVUELVEN 628.77 EUROS COBRADOS INDEVIDAMENTE. SE HACEN UNOS LIOS BARBAROS CUANDO TE COBRAN EN MOSTRADOR. OJO!!! MUCHO CUIDADO
