My wife and I had a pleasant two-night stay at The Burgundy Hotel. We appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the ample parking. However, this property doesn't feel luxurious enough to be part of the Tapestry Collection. It needs some remodeling, especially the bathrooms.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. They also have a great restaurant on-site.

Lovely overnight stay while on our anniversary American road trip
Lovely boutique hotel nice size rooms and very pleasant staff
Parking should be at an angle. It is easier to park in tight spaces.
Great place to stay nice and quiet

I don’t like that the hot tub closes at 9

Convenient
Food is amazing!
We did not eat breakfast. We did eat at Table 28. Very good.
There needs to be more lighting. We stayed in a suite. There was NO lighting at bar area. I had to move a lamp. We were told there was a stocked bar. It was not. The fridge was barely cold. Bathroom was showing age. Bed was fine. I couldn't figure how to turn bedside lamp on. I also had difficulty getting WIFI to work . When you stay in a suite you expect everything to be correct, working and perfect. There also was only 2 coffee pods of regular coffee. With 2 guests you should have at least 2 per guest and more creamer than 1. Not stocked very well.
Great hotel, very cozy and big rooms! Cody is a great value of this place! Was a big pleasure there
the late checkout process wasn’t communicated to the next shift which was a bit chaotic
Not being familiar with Little Rock, I wasn’t sure what to expect of the location, but it turned out to be in a decent spot. The property itself looks like it may have been a different hotel in the past that has since been updated. It’s clear they’ve worked to give it a more upscale feel, though it’s not a full-service luxury setup: no bellmen or car valet, but plenty of free parking, which is a big plus if you want to save money.
Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. My room was impressively spacious, extremely comfortable, and the bed was absolutely dreamy. I slept better than I have in a long time. The pool area was nicely updated and even had a fire pit, making it a great spot to relax.
The biggest surprise of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant, it was fantastic! Delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere made it a highlight. The only head-scratcher was breakfast: coffee in the restaurant was around $3, yet there’s free coffee right outside the elevator.
Overall, Hilton’s Burgundy Hotel blends comfort, friendliness, and value, with a few quirks along the way. I’d happily stay here again.
Nice design and appearance.
Lovely property with excellent staff. I look forward to my next visit!
I've ordered from the restaurant twice, and have been disappointed both times. Both the risotto and the short ribs were very salty. The soup was good.
