Our room was REALLY nice. The decor was very pretty and the room did not show any wear and tear. The amenities in the bathroom were nice - there were face wipes, q-tips, and robe/slippers to use during our stay. We had a 1 bedroom suite. The downsides were the door to the bedroom & bathroom was opaque, so if you were using the bathroom or wanted light in the living room, that light soaked into the bedroom while someone might be sleeping. Also, the air conditioning seemed to not quite keep up with our needs at time. I was also disappointed there was no luggage stand. I didn't want to make a Keurig, I wanted something fresh brewed for my morning coffee. W hen I went downstairs to get fresh coffee in the morning, they wanted to charge me from the hotel restaurant. Most hotels have fresh brewed coffee that you can grab in the lobby. For the price I paid for the room, I felt that should have been included in my rate.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Burgundy Hotel. Overall, a beautiful hotel with that Boutique feel. Only downside was the stained L shaped sofa in our room and the stained drapes. Not appealing. The biggest plus was the bed - I have an arthritic hip and don’t sleep well in hotel beds. This bed was so comfortable I slept over 8 hours and that never happens. This hotel has many pluses and I would definitely recommend it.
I love this place and D’eidre makes it The Best. It feels like coming home. The care that she gives her guests feels like your visiting your best friends house. The rooms are so comfortable. The food is great. Take my advice. Stay here!!!!!!!
First off, the onsite restaurant, Table 28, was phenomenal! The food, ambiance, and service were top-tier. It is an absolute must-visit whether you are staying at the hotel or just looking for an incredible meal in Little Rock.
The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was D’era at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond to look out for us. D’era caught a major issue and protected us from a malicious third-party booking scam. If she hadn't taken the time to make us aware that we hadn't actually booked directly through Hilton, I would have had no idea we were being scammed. She stepped in, took the extra time, and made sure our entire trip was made right. Her vigilance and care completely saved our vacation!
The room itself was great, and we especially loved the new renovation to their regular room, the wellness room! It was clean, incredibly comfortable, and offered a perfect, relaxing environment.
Bottom line: Between the amazing amenities, delicious food, and the unparalleled customer service from D’era, we will definitely be returning. Highly, highly recommend!
Beautiful room. Great staff. Perfect location.
Very few local stations available on TV.
Service, service, service! 5 plus stars. This hotel ranks top on my list for the impeccable service I receive with every stay! I have been staying here for over 6 years and this hotel never fails to deliver.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Located with easy access to freeways.
Solid breakfast.
But wait…. They just added a yoga mat, weights by Stakt (if you know you know), bands and a body massager great for post workout.
For the business traveler like myself having these extras makes all the difference.
Thank you Burgundy hotel for continually going above and beyond!
We had to cancel our reservation 2 days prior since my wife took up ill and was unable to travel. I called the hotel only to learn that since my reservation was made thru who they said was their “partner” (TravelPass Group/4-day notice) rather than the hotel (24 hour notice) TravelPass had to OK the refund which was fine per the hotel and they would not have a problem with the refund. I just retired and was not aware that their “partner” put the hotel name in their URL so thought I was purchasing thru the hotel. That’s sneaky and unfair but that may be their business plan. I am frustrated and when we do reschedule our trip to Little Rock we will not be staying at the Burgundy.
My wife and I had a pleasant two-night stay at The Burgundy Hotel. We appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the ample parking. However, this property doesn't feel luxurious enough to be part of the Tapestry Collection. It needs some remodeling, especially the bathrooms.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. They also have a great restaurant on-site.
Location, cleanliness, space, service
No business center?
Lovely overnight stay while on our anniversary American road trip
Lovely boutique hotel nice size rooms and very pleasant staff
Parking should be at an angle. It is easier to park in tight spaces.
Great place to stay nice and quiet
