I requested a room far from the elevator but got a room next to the elevator. They said they never got the request from booking.com. They were not able to change my room when it was convenient for me.
This hotel shares the Main restaurant and Starbucks restaurant on the side of the Sheraton. Both Hotels are joined together.
Guest from the Best Western have to go to the other side to get some food, the area has few choices of restaurants. Mostly Asian Food, if that is not your thing, then you are out of luck. Tim Hortons is next door. Not my choice of food. But the Sheraton restaurant offers some decent salads and options for dinner.
No much really. It was what I expected, no fancy, but convenient.
Good location. Accessible room is far from lobby and entrance/exit which would make it difficult to get out in an expedient manner in case of emergency.
