Pros:

The gal at the front reception was fantastic. Even with her thick accent, she was accommodating and pleasent.

Cons:

It was hard to find where the pool(s) were. Our door to our room stuck, so you had to use alot of force to get in(7301) room had a balcony, but zero view. Sheets didnt fit bed so they came off which was an uncomfortable sleep. Location wasnt great. Not enough parking.

Pros:

I was lucky to have an upgrade to the Sheraton next door, in their king suite. That suite was very nice, we'll cleaned, and decorated. Comfy bed, and had a pool and Starbucks on site.

Cons:

The AC was leaking and they called Someone. He hit it with a hammer twice and then he’s like oh it’s fixed. The carpet started smelling because it was wet
