Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, man kann fast ALLE Sehenswürdigkeiten von da aus zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und köstlich. es wurde stes nachgelegt, die Müsliecke war absolut spitze!
Zimmer sauber und funktionell eingerichtet, leider etwas eng und wenig Stauraum- aber für einen Kurztripp absolut ausreichend.

Da gab es nichts !

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, besser geht kaum, und dazu noch geräumiges öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft zunächst kleines Ärgernis, da offiziell fertige Zimmer noch komplett umgeräumt und ungesäubert waren. Nach hektischem aber stets freundlichem Einsatz des Personals dann doch noch alle kurzfristig saubere Zimmer erhalten.

Die Lage im Herzen Wiesbadens, das sehr freundliche Personal & das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.

Cons:

Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Kleinigkeiten wie Hand-/BodyCreme, Mülleimer im Bad oder eine Infobroschüre über die Gegebenheiten und Zeiten des Hotels im Zimmer fehlten.

Würde ich immer wieder hinfahren, da für mich die Lage und das Frühstück den Ausschlag gibt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral. Preis- Leistung daher sehr gut. Aus- Einladen muß man wissen wie man vor das Hotel fährt. Nachts nicht unbedingt klar. Zimmer hatte zunächst ein durchgelegenes Bett aber ich konnte sofort ein anderes beziehen. Das Frühstück ist für mich sensationell auch wenn man spät kommt ist noch ausreichend da. Das Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt auf warmen Quellen und ist daher nie kalt. Leider kann die Tiefgarage nicht mehr genutzt werden. Das Parkhaus ist etwas weiter weg aber machbar.

Cons:

Nichts was sich ändern ließe. Die Parkmöglichkeit für Autoreisende ist leider schwierig und kostenintensiv
