Es gibt sehr schlechte Gefühl von Kunden Service . Ihr Kollege von Rezeption hat falsche Kosten abgerechnet. Ich habe zwei nächste für meine Bekannter reserviert und Ihr Kollege hat nur eine Nacht von meine Karte abgezogen. Meine Bekannter ist am Abend 26 Okt wieder im Zimmer u nd Zimmer funktioniert wie normal. 20 min später ist Ihr Kollege einfach Tür geöffnet und eingegangen. Sie ( eine Dame / meine Bekannter) ist gerade ins Toilette gegangen. Sie hat große Angst . Ihr Kollege hat danach angerufen und gesagt: meine Bekannter muss Kosten für zweite Nacht bezahlen. Das ist total komisch. Ich habe schon meine Handy Nummer hinterlegt. Wieso hasst Ihr Kollege nicht meine Nummer angerufen?
Ihr Kollege von Rezeption hat keine aufrichtige Entschuldigt und nur einfach Sorry gesagt. Ich so schlecht Service nicht annehmen und nie wieder in Ihr Hotel übernachten.
Ich brauche eine richtige Entschuldigung und Erklärung.

Habe zu einem günstigen Tarif gebucht, somit top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Sehr komfortables grosses und schön aus gestartet das Zimmer mit breiten, bequemen Betten

Cons:

Alles gut/einzig die Sauna war zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthalts defekt

Generally fine, with some negative signs that make me avoid the hotel in the near future
Pros:

The staff is very helpful and deals with special requirements, the hotel is overall in good condition, breakfast is excellent, beds are comfortable, not noisy area, high quality guests

Cons:

I was here several times, in different visits I had isolated bad experiences, the armchair had was really dirty, I found an open half full bottle of water next to the bed, I found the trash bin in the bathroom full from the previous guest, I found a very visible hole in the curtain, or the bathroom sink very superficially cleaned. No focused attention on the details in the last years (I travel to Bad Homburg for 13 years).

Sijainti ja aamiainen erinomainen.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja sijainti hyvä puiston läheisyydessä.

Cons:

Huone oli jo saapuessamme huonosti siivottu sekä päivittäinen siivous tehtiin huonosti. Vuoteet oli pedattu ja roskat viety päivittäin sekä tarvittaessa vaihdettu pyyhkeet. Koko viiden yöpymispäivän aikana huonetta ei oltu imuroitu eikä pölyjä pyyhditty. Lisäksi auton parkkeeraaminen yllättävän kallista hotellin yhteydessä olevassa yleisessä parkkihallissa.
