Great Stay.
Pros:

Great price and the facility was clean.

Cons:

I was a little hard to find at first, it is hidden behind a rooms to go and if you go thru the back, you could miss your turn and end up at the Enterprise and there is no connection to the parking lot from Enterprise.

Good stay but more help staff needed.
Cons:

The food for breakfast was complimentary. The staff person spoke no English. She would not try to speak when asked a question. Would just gesture she didn’t speak English sign.

A fun relaxing experience
Pros:

The cleanliness, the staff was amazing! No problems at all. Excellent location!

Cons:

The pool closing time but that’s a personal issue. 12am is still a very decent time! So there’s really no complaints!

Not the best experience but not the worst either
Pros:

Location was nice - short drive to everything; breakfast was great. The pool was great. The rooms were comfortable enough.

Cons:

When we got there, exhausted after a long drive with two small children, the receptionist was on the phone with what we thought was a personal call, b/c was on a cell phone - we realized she was booking someone; however, she didn't once look up at us or greet us, or tell us she would be with us in a few minutes....nothing. It was 20 minutes before she was off the phone and able to check us into our rooms. Not a glance or word said to us beforehand. After that, things ran pretty smoothly until the next day when we found a dead roach in the empty closet of our room. I'm not sure if it was there before or new. I alerted the receptionist and I think she freaked out more than I did, but she did call someone to handle it for us.

The room AC took forever to cool the room down. Never had pool towels available, we had to ask everytime.

Quick family getaway
Pros:

I love the customer service as soon as I walked through the doors. The young lady that works 2nd shift is amazing. Love her energy. My kids are enjoyed our stay and the breakfast .
